OlderZanessa Jazz Up Their Relationship
High School Musical couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens check out the the Utah Jazz/Houston Rockets game Thursday night at the EnergySolutions Arena.
“I was watching them. They were rooting for the Jazz,” said Fox 13 Sports Director Rick Aaron.
In this video, you’ll see Zanessa pointing up toward the Jumbotron, then looking quizzically toward the camera. In the middle, they even hold hands. Zanessa didn’t sit front row as they watched the Rockets beat out the Jazz in a 94-92 win.

#191 Well apparently you have been “sucked into all this Disney stuff…just for a movie” because you are posting on a thread for two actors who are starring in a Disney movie. You know I don’t think these of “Fake” or “Marketing” would bother me so much if someone would provide one CREDIBLE piece of evidence that was the case.
And “They haven’t been seen together since the end of January and here they are all of a sudden holding hands,” isn’t going to cut it, because we KNOW they”ve been filming two seperate movies *Vanessa in Austin and Zac in The United Kingdom* during that time. If it were physically possible to be in two places at once I’m sure we would have gotten plenty of pictures in that time.
What we have here are two kids watching a basketball game what’s so phony about that? I would really like to know.

There is no rule that says you have to hold hands throughout the game and not only in front of the camera. She took his hand for reassurance and it looks so natural her doing it because Zac responded with his, just like any couple comfortable with each other. It’s not like they just started dating, they’ve been together for nearly 3 yrs which in itself says alot. This is more than I can say for other celebrities. And the fact is that they’re still so young yet so committed is so endearing. I truly wish them all the best and may they prove the critics and cynics wrong.
My theory is the following: Vanessa saw a camera and showed it to Zac. They could not decide whether that camera was focused on them or on the crowd in general. Zac shifted because his overprotective side started to be activated. He became tense so Vanessa held his hand showing him that she was with him. When the crowd jumped up you can see Zac glanced back to the camera for a second. He was REALLY uneasy but tried to focus on the game instead. (How sweet is that…)
When the camera moved closer to them in the second part of the video he was surprised so let her hand. (That is one of the reasons why I said he has an overprotective side although I only guess it because I don’t know him in real life.) They were waiting and became anxious because of the camera. If you watch the video again you could see that he was touching her hand with his for tiny seconds while they were standing. (Again, how cute is that…)

Could’nt agree more I just get why a lot of people are trying to make the fact that Vanessa held Zacs hand first is such a big thing it’s what ypou do when your a couple and as you say there is no rule that says you have to hold hands all the way through, there are no photo’s of them arriving or leaving so for all we know they could have been holding hands then as well. And after being together for 3years which as you say is a thing rare in a couple so young and to still be committed to each other in such a profesion as there’s say’s a lot about how they view a relactionship with someone special and it is enderaing, I have said before that a lot of celebraties who like to make out in public knowing the camera’s are there and do other things could learn a few things about how to conduct a relactionship in the public eye and still keep it special between those two people.

I have watched the video I don’t know how many times and like you noticed that once the cameras got closer to them Zac did let go of her hand, but he also did what he has done on numerous times and had his hand on her back which to me is also a protective gesture on his part. But I also noticed how close they were standing to each other and just like when they were sitting watching the game they still stayed close.
A few posts have said that Vanessa must have begged for want of a better word for Zac to take her and that it’s all for publicity. Well surely if it was for that once the game finished either one could have got up and just left they did’nt have to stay and look like theywere having a good time with each other knowing tatthe cameras had got closer to them.
It seems to me that it does’nt what they do or don’t do people are just not going to accept that they actually do enjoy each other’s company, have genuine feelings for one another and will always find their age as a sign that they don’t know what they want out of life and can’t think for themselves.
Whereas I see it at the opposite they are private people as much as they can be, keep something that is very speical if your lucky enough to find it whateve age to themselves and build on it and show PDA when they want to and feel comfortable doing it, and the best bit they don’t want to share to much of it with the world and why should they, as Zac said relactionshipsare scared and between two people and everyone else can keep their noses out.
It was nice to see a clip of them out apart from working I’ll admit that but I’m also glad that they reunited out of the public eye and we don’t know how much affection they show each other away from the public but I would imagine after early 3 months apart it was a lot more than holding hands but that’s how it should be and done in private.

And for those ones who say it’s just a publicity for High School Musical and Disney Channel, don’t you think they would be a little bit fed up to have been doing that for … 2 years and more ?

It’s so cute when she grabs his hand and when he has his hand on her back and is whispering to her. I love this couple because they just have these little gestures which show so much love and affection between the two of them. It’s nice that they’re still going strong even though they’re such a young couple that are constantly being scrutinised by the media and general public. Even if they don’t last forever, they’ve already lasted nearly three years and obviously still love being in each other’s company. At the end of the video where they’re smiling, I can’t help but smile as well because the love in their eyes and smiles is just so apparent and it’s amazing to see. I think they have a really good chance of lasting considering how far they’ve already come after such a young age and during all that they’ve been through that most couples don’t go through.
As for Vanessa grabbing his hand because she saw the cameras, when have Zac & Vanessa ever been a couple to flaunt their relationship? They NEVER go into details of their relationship in interviews and sometimes even deny it. They hardly ever have candid photos where they’re showing PDA towards each other and we have only ever had ONE set of candid photos where they’re kissing and that was Hawaii, when they didn’t know the paparazzi were there. No-one can say why she grabbed his hand, there may have been a number of reasons. They may have been pointing at something else and not seen the camera, Zac may have become tense and annoyed after seeing the camera so Vanessa held his hand to help to calm him or they may just think ’screw it’ and think that they’re not going to let the paparazzi or media stop them from showing affection towards each other.
For those that are saying Vanessa forced Zac to take her. Shut up. Seriously, don’t be ridiculous. If she did, wow she must be one hell of a tough nut if she can get a 20-year old man to take her to various places almost weekly for nearly three years, including fashion shows and other places where it’s obvious Zac wouldn’t have gone without Vanessa. Have you not SEEN the Palm Springs/Hawaii/pretty much any of their photos where Zac is quite obviously staring at Vanessa, often smiling. He’s. In. Love. With. Her. Why is this so hard to grasp?! Just look at the latter half of this video! He keeps leaning down to whisper to her and smiles at the same time he does this. WHY would he do this if they didn’t really like each other and Vanessa invited herself?! WHY?!
And why did no one accuse Zac of grabbing Vanessa’s hand for publicity when they went out for his birthday at Orso? There was far more paparazzi there? Oh, I know. Because the majority of people that make up this crap about Zac & Vanessa are silly little teenage girls that ‘hate’ Vanessa because they either want Zac for himself or want him to be with Ashley or Nikki. Never gonna happen! Zac’s good friends with Ashley, but it’s pretty obvious there’s no real attraction between them. Her boyfriend is very different to Zac and Vanessa is very different to Ashley. And as for Nikki, how long is it since they’ve seen each other by choice, not including award shows etc.? A long time.
I’d just like to make a final comment on Zac & Vanessa’s clothes. They really are the most stylish young couple in Hollywood in my opinion. He always dresses well and Vanessa’s style is just amazing. She’s wearing something so simple, but has put it together so well that it looks incredible. She rivals some of the major fashion contenders in Hollywood at the moment such as Rachel Bilson and Nicole Richie. She’s gorgeous!
