Julia Roberts is The Country Girl

Julia Roberts arrives at the opening night of The Country Girl at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre in NYC on Sunday.

The Broadway production of The Country Girl is directed by Mike Nichols and stars Morgan Freeman, Frances McDormand and Peter Gallagher.

Written in 1950, the story is about an alcoholic has-been actor, Frank Elgin (Morgan Freeman), who gets a shot at a comeback by an ambitious director, Bernie Dodd (Peter Gallagher).

LOL this is not a movie, it’s a broadway play and julia just came as a guest to support mike nichols, who directed her in closer and charlie wilson’s war.
she looks so elegant and pretty, i love her!

The **** at least should have washed her hair,
if she needs to wear a fur coat, made out of lambs, that were cut out of their mothers wombs and skinned alive.

Ghostly pale in some of the photos. But she is a good actress and a socially conscious person. I admire her for those things. Always thought she was too thin, plain and pale to be called a real beauty

gingeranny, it’s not fetus lamb, it’s just persian lamb, which makes it a bi-product (seeing how the lamb’s meat is edible).
