She made a mistake in publishing those photos. but i think the media and all of you guys who r going on and on about how shes so ****** and how her pics with her dad are disturbing are over reacting and making this out to be way worse than it actually is. people make errors its life. I still love her show and am a fan!!!!!

i think people seriously need to just leave her alone.

The photographer took nothing more than kiddie p*rn pictures. THAT was her ‘vision’. It can’t be “misinterpreted” as anything else.

Intimidating as it may have been, her father should know better than to allow his daughter to be exposed in such a manner.
Miley is growing up in a world different from most. It is difficult and harshly real, but she is still a child and needs guidance and protection.

The poses could’ve simply been altered slightly and all controversy been averted. Instead…the photographer chose the effect by insinuating nudity. Female child nudity. Child p*rnography.

I personally feel sad for Miley.

YALL REALLY NEED TO LEAVE MILEY ALONE. THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL PHOTO SHOOT AND SHE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITHHER PICTURES FOR THE LOVE OF IT SHE HAD PANTS ON AND THE SHEET DIDNT EVEN LOOKK LIKE ONE IT LOOKED MORE LIKE A STRAPLESS DRESS/SHIRT.

well there nice photos. she is a bit young for the half exposed ones but its what she wanted. the way i see it there done you cant get rid of them so move on. everyone makes mistakes. these photos will probably boost her career but disney will drop her!

ya….cause they’re at the beach! that comment is soooo ignorant and completely missing the point and principal. What does the beach have to do with this photo shoot? NOTHING. People at the beach are expected to wear skimpy stuff. Whats not expected is a child posing topless who works for a kids station and has 8 year old girls looking up to her.

She is 15. She is topless. She works for Disney…..and people are defending this? are you kidding me?
what is it with Disney anyway? when I was a kid, this kind of stuff never happened and we had fun being KIDS. At least wait until you are legally not a child anymore ((18) for those that forgot) to do something like this…..
She is just another Brittney Spears waiting to happen…..young aspiring, successful, then life goes down the ******* from media, pressure to be sexy, drugs, you name it, and from the looks of it….incest….they way she looks up at her dad in the shoot? EW….reminds me of how fucked up the Jackson family was.

I personally feel the photographer had a beautiful image in her head that didn’t translate to the camera. It happens, if you are a professional in the field you know this. However, I do not support the photos at all. In my eyes they come across as cheap. I do however think the photo of Miley and Ray has been blown far out of proportion. Miley did have a choice in the matter and it only takes a few words. “I don’t like this.”

Sorry folks but the blame is on everyone involved not just any one person. What amazes me is all of you here coming with your insults towards the photgrapher or Miley. Let’s wage verbal war, declaring our -opinions- correct and refusing the possibility of a middle ground.

people say she wasn’t showing much. Thats a matter of opinion to everyone. Its not just what she is wearing and how revealing it was that needs to be taken into count. Its her pose also. If I had to guess, I would guess this was an AD for Calvin Klein and that she was in her early 20’s. Her face has a very sensual expression and I just dont think she was the right candidate for a sexy photo shoot with her age and her “wholesome” image that she is known for. A lot of people say its a beautiful and artsy shot. Well I think so too. Ann Lebowitz is a very talented photographer…..doesnt mean it can’t be inappropriate at the same time.

The picture was absolutly beautiful. I saw it very artistic, not sexual. Jeez whats wrong with people.
