New York Post Cover: MILEY’S SHAME
Miley Cyrus has become the center of a media storm for a semi-topless photograph, taken by Annie Liebovitz for Vanity Fair’s June issue.
As you can see, the 15-year-old media darling made front page news of the New York Post with the headline exclaiming, Miley’s Shame.
The near-nude pic shows Miley clutching a satin sheet to her chest with her back bare exposed. In her interview with the mag, Miley said the picture is “really artsy,” but not “in a skanky way.”
She has since apologized to the public for the photos.
“Somebody needs to pull in the reins of this talented little gal before her career stampedes off into the sunset,” says the LA Times.

ok, so the photographer told her to do it and a 15 year old, no matter how successful, may not feel like she can say ‘no’ to the person in charge…
but what the hell is a 15 year old who’s the face of disney doing posing for a magazine like vanity fair in the first place??

I never liked Miley Cyrus, but I figure she Shouldn’t have taken those pictures any way because a juicy little tidbit like that was bound to get out. I gotta say I’m not impressed with her at all. You know… I kind of like these photos. I don’t think they’re particularly sexual; I think that they are artistic. The way she is posed and “dressed,” seems almost angelic, rather than whorey. If this is considered pornographic, then almost every other painting of angels should be, too. Why is every body making such a fuss? Artistic nudity =/= pornography.
