i don’t get it. it sounds so…flat and monotone. the music is good but it’s like she’s a starlet that wants to be a singer-songwriter type. and the video is even more confusing than the strange sounding song. it’s not as bad as i anticipated but truly, what is it?
Why can’t she just look pretty on screen for us?
As evidenced by THIS and her performance at Coachella with the Jesus and Mary Chain, Scarjo is simply a terrible singer.
I think the style and chords of the song is cool, different. She did a good job not being the typical pop type songs which i can appreciate. Its cool, the only thing is her voice isnt the best, not very appealing. but w/e
What is this? Music? She can’t sing for Goodness sake.
i love this song
HORRIBLE! I DONT LIKE IT

Scarlet! What’re u doin? It doesnt mean that if you’re something in movie business you’re gonna be singer too.. which is obviosuly shows us .. Scarlet just a big baloon. for me disappoinment .. don’t like her voice. She ruined this great song. try to listen the original version.
Heyy, I actually quite liked this. It has a sort of Sinead O’Connor feel to it. This song is more the sort of thing that you’d have to be in the right mood to listen to, you know? I can’t imagine it was intended to be for a wider mainstream audience or otherwise she’d be singing to appeal to all the tweens like everybody else.
She’s doing it for her. If you don’t like her music, I don’t think she’s going to care. It’s a song from the heart. She sings because she loves it, and if other people like it, then that’s cool, too. What makes this song beautiful is -because- you can hear the love for singing in her voice.
Try listening out for the same thing in a Rihanna song - I bet you won’t hear it at all. Not to say that she doesn’t love singing too, but that wouldn’t appeal to a wider audience now, would it?
