Miley Cyrus is Grounded

Amidst the recent scandal surrounding Miley Cyrus‘ Vanity Fair photos, the Disney star has been pulled from her first scheduled public appearance.

Miley Ray Cyrus, 15, was supposed to appear at a media party/red carpet event on Friday in Orlando along with other Disney stars. The Disney Channel Games, a charity competition, plan to go ahead without the Hannah Montana star.

Disney had no further comment without regard to Miley’s withdrawal.

her fans are 4-10 yr olds! thats not how a role model should be acting.. vanity fair arent the only pictures of miley that are bad….. all the other ones she took in her house were all her fault.

I think it’s just best she doesnt go to a PRESS event that’s all. If she was ‘punished’ she wouldnt have been there today.

miley has said sorry but she was blaming it on annie and saying you cant say no when you look in annie’s eyes thats crap. if miley didnt want the photos taken she could have said no and she knows it and vanessa is almost 20 years old didnt intend on the photos being leaked it was something private with her. Miley has been having all this going on for way to long. photos after photos of miley keep coming out when they shouldnt be she is only 15 years old. It seems everytime it just keeps getting worse and worse for miley everytime with her photos. Vanessa only had that one slip up and plus miley needs to be her age and not try to be so grown up because it will come to her way to soon really it will.

That’s hard. Disney can’t say anything… but plan on having an event without Miley. That’s pathetic.

But maybe that’s the way to show miley that she has to be more careful in her private life.

Miley will be ok. As she said once in an interview, she’s only human and she will make mistakes, it is just that the whole world will get to know about it.
She comes from a good family, Billy Ray, Tish and most probably Brandi, will make sure she won’t do anything this contraversal anymore (fingers crossed).
Personally i blame this on the publistist because she/he was there went the photos were being taken. Isn’t that person supposed to be looking out for Miley?

I think it’s unfair that Disney is “grounding” her. I don’t think that they should be able to do that! It doesn’t matter what the Disney corporates say anyways. They can ban her from going to public appearances, but she’s still allowed to continue her webshow and go places with family or friends. The DC corps. can’t control that.

Also, the pictures looked fine. They were taken in a tasteful manner. She’s turning 16 soon. This is what happens when young girls grow up. You can’t judge her because of a photoshoot. She wanted to do this and her parents knew about it as well. Don’t condemn her just because she was semi-topless. Her breasts and everything else were covered! It’s not like she was naked.

Leave her alone!! She’s a person, she’ll make mistakes. God, she’s only 15! STOP JUDGING HER!!!!!!!!!

Actually, Miley was Younger. The naked photo Vanessa took, was taken for Drake bell or something and she was at least 16 going on seventeen. She had just landed HSM. [im just saying]
Of course she wasnt much older than miley. But she was still older.

&& Yes Miley shouldnt of taken those pictures. I think we can all agree on that. She was wrong and she probably does deserve to get grounded for it. But it was a simple and honest mistake.

What i find stupid is how people are completely blowing this out of proportion, picking on her just because shes a big star. Some parents are acting like shes some kind of prostitute saying they dont want their daughter looking up to someone who takes pictures like that. Even though there was only one ‘Bad’ picture and it showed nothing but her back. && if thats what the definition of prostitute is nowdays then i guess im one too. [sarcasm[

So yeah. It was wrong, Miley was way too young for this photoshoot, but she has apologised and now shes getting her punishment. Frankly i think she was let off easy. A grounding….i get that if i talk back to my mum lol.

but yeah this will blow over. Stand strong miley. It will all be over soon.
