Yes that is the point. However, the dates for Jay/Brent being okay with it aren’t just since she got back from oz.
It was closer to somewhere between after he left NY and then.
So yes, the questions remains why would he all of a sudden not be upset anymore?

This part is my speculation, but if Mirnada’s mother was also with her from that time in NY that we see her with the cab and all through the first round of pap fest that says a lot. I think during that time he left NY she was really upset and that was maybe the time she started getting back with old friends and seeing what she had done. If she did get back in I think she may have played victim (poor randa, orli treated her so badly) and I wonder if he even felt sorry for how humiliated she was. If Carly was okay with the family then he may have known it was all a facade from then on and more okay with it.

I know the friend was told that Carly had huge problems with the family when this started. She was given an earful about how hurt Brent was and how they all felt about Miranda.
So what happened?
If my friend was lied to direcly by her family as part of some scam that will make them all look worse. I doubt that was the case though but with some of the characters in question you never know.

Oh, thanks for clearing the time frame up, I was a little confused as to when this making up with Jay occured. I can’t imagine any reason to suddenly decide all is well except if perhaps they found out that whatever was going on with MK and OB wasn’t all that it was showed to be via the media.

Your speculation sounds plausible. And if Carly was suddenly forgiven as well then yes, I’d suppose everyone found out it was a facade and then the wagons circled as you said.

I am not sure who is lying to whom but putting it all together paints an ugly picture.

And @ padme, if you’re the same padme you said and I paraphrase that the “showcase” was about to start again. You admitted it was fake so actually these emails go right along with what you said, if you are an insider at all and didn’t merely make a good guess. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you are an insider and therefore all you did was give us a heads up that the show mance was proceeding. You go, girl! Miranda sure knows how to pick em.
