Completely agree with you. While Zac is a nice guy, my interest in him began when I found out he was dating Vanessa and that is the case with a lot of my friends.

Yeah, I can see it now, Zac, not realising that the lady he’s been dating for almost three years is too wild and untamed for him, suddenly discovers this shocking fact as soon as she leaves disney, breaks up with her and runs to find Kaye who is domesticated and tamed and who predicted Vanessa’s wildness and they live happily ever after. The end.
Loving the poster. They all look great and more mature. I really like Gabriella and Taylor’s pairs of shoes. They are so what I would wear for an evening out. I’m not crazy about hsm, I watch it because of Vanessa and her chemistry with Zac. However, I can imagine what a bittersweet time this is for all of them. I’m sure they are happy to move on to other things but they’ve had so much fun and great memories making these movies that it would be sad knowing this is their last one. i really hope they all stay in touch even if it’s just exchanging christmas cards once a year.

You certainly are a wonder. There are soooo many posters I want to refer to your post—and I certainly will be doing so whenever I have a chance. I find it strange, also, how some people just want to bring this movie down because there are young people in it and it has singing and dancing. I would say some of us love it because it is different and original but it isn’t—just almost forgotten how wonderful musicals are. Some people just want to think it is corny but some people have musical souls.
me and my husband my 2 sons and my 3 daughters all love gabriella shes so adorbale my sons are 10, and 15 my daughters are 4,8,9 my sons think vanessa is albsolustly gorgeouss and she is!!my kids have vanessa all over there walls and its so cute were gonna go buy vanessa’s cd the first day it comes out im gonna buy each kid one of there own and i have NEVER seen anything this big high school musical is a phenomen around the world and it would be nothing without vanessa or zac i presonaly belive that vanessa has way more fans then zac i think zac is just mostly like for his looks hes a cute boy but i do belive that vanessa is way more popular my kids dont really like sharpay or ashley i dont like sharypays attitude but shes a cute girl but shes not vanessa vanessa is stunning gorgeous beautiful and i just albsoulty love her and when i was a kid nothing was this big as high school musical i mean nothing

Whenever I come here and see all the bashing, I start to wonder what’s wrong with these poeple. Because it’s cool if you have different opinion but letting people down just because of their likings or ridiculing actors/actresses because of their work/private lives is wrong. And something hit me in the head when I thought about it the last time.
When I was younger, the hit movie was the ‘Titanic’ and the actual star was Leonardo DiCaprio. If you were a girl it was cute to love the movie. If you were a boy, you had to criticise the movie and the actor as well. Because it was cheesy and romantic, and the actor was ‘gay’ or had many mistakes. But if you were a girl who disliked the movie you tended to bash it because a) it was cool to criticise, b) you could stand on the boys’ side, or c) you were bored and had nothing else to do so you decided to have a little fun no matter how wrong that ‘fun’ was.
I remember Zac’s video interview (Details, February) when he said that no matter how much you liked ‘Titanic’ and Leonardo as an actor it was frustrating to hear about him all the time. I can imagine that!
It seems that times never change except now the actual superstar is Zac and not Leonardo, and the actual hit movies are the HSM series. I think nothing new happens: people bash the movies just because it’s cool to do it. Now Zac is the superstar of the teens, tomorrow there will be another actor who gets this title. Because that’s the way it works.
My previous comment with the facts tended to prove how big these movies were (if everyone needed refreshing). One person can be wrong but millions of people can’t. So if the majority of the audience prefers watching HSM let them do so and don’t criticise them because of it!

I wasn’t been too impressed with HSM 1 and HSM 2 was terrible, but I’m actually kind of excited about this one. Plot sounds interesting (if not a little gag-inducing) and if the change the dancing. I might like ti a lot.
