Hitting the theaters on October 24th, it’s senior year for the Wildcats!
Synopsis: Senior Year finds high school seniors Troy (Efron) and Gabriella (Hudgens) facing the prospect of separation as they head off to different colleges. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about the future. CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOKS AWESOME!!!! Ashley’s dress doesn’t match the cap & gown though… But I like it! I really hope Sharpey gets to be prom queen! She hasn’t gotten what’s she’s wanted in the last 2 movies. She deserves to have atleast one thing go her way.
Like people have said before, Zac and Vanessa ARE the main characters. And even though there are technically 6 main actors, they don’t all have the same amount of screen time and popularity, or big roles as Zac and Vanessa. I understand some peoples frustration because I love Ashley just as much as Vanessa and I absolutely ADORE Lucas, but JJ is just posting what the majority of readers, fans, etc want and what is most popular. Which are Zac and Vanessa. And there names also happen to appear first in the credits. I kind of wanted to say, hey JJ, Zanessa isn’t the only thing that makes up HSM but they are the leading characters, so I think I’m ok now, lol. And what did you want him to do, list all the actors in the movie? Yeah, no can do, lol.

for people hating. zac, vanessa and the others all started from this movie. they’re fame came from this movie! zac and vanessa’s relationship/chemistry is what made high school musical a big hit. they’re the main characters, so without them hsm franchise is nothing. it’s what made people love this movie. and FYI jared started posting about Vanessa way before her pic scandal. look in the archives!!

Hooray for High School Musical 3! The big draw here for me are Troy and Gabriella, of course.played by Zac and Vanessa and no other. Anyway, it sure is interesting to see how Disney is going to top this with HSM4 (New characters). It is gonna be either a hit or a miss depending on the chemistry of the new actors and storyline. Meanie me predicts a miss.
Disney can’t retain the old characters ( they’re all going to College) with the exception of Darby and Coach Bolton. Unless, some of them didn’t get to graduate. How about HSM-Uni Life or something like that? Highly unlikely. Oh well, HSM3 is it’s swan song that’s my prediction. I’m really going to miss them.

#172 For the 200 hundred millionth time there is absolutely NO PROOF whatsoever that Vanessa had ANYTHING to do with that picture becoming public None. In fact she denied it in Seventeen magazine. You can choose not to believe her but it is still just YOUR opinion not FACT. So will you PLEASE stop stating it as such?
As to the short shooting schedule for the VERY REAL musical that is “High School Musical 3″ is concerned you seem to think that the amount of time it takes to shoot a movie is somehow synonamous with quality.
Well does anybody remember “LIttle Miss Sunshine?” That was the little movie from 2006 that swept a bunch of critics awards including The Screen Actors Guild Award and made little Abigal Breslin a $ 2 million dollar a picture star. It even was nomiated as Best Picture in 2006 and deservedly so in my opinion.
Do you know how long that took to film? *theme music to “Jeopardy” plays* No? Okay I’ll tell you. It took one month. That’s right 30 days exactly 10 days LESS then “HSM 3″ is scheduled to take. Granted the filmmakers didn’t have the backing of a major studio like Disney behind them but still that kind puts pokes a hole on your supposition that the length of a film’s shooting schedule is somehow synonamous with its quality doesn’t it?
