Christian Louboutin - The Man, The Shoe, The Legend
Christian Louboutin poses with one of his latest red-soled creations at Barney’s New York where he was on hand to sign shoes for fans on Thursday.
Louboutin, 45, has been all the rage recently and has blown up since owning a single shop in Paris. Christian’s genius red-soled signature was thought up as one of his employees had red Chanel nail polish on during a runway show. He figured it would be the final touch that his shoes needed!
Supermodel Naomi Campbell
and singer Patti LaBelle both stopped by for the festivities.

i really wanted to go to meet him but i think you had to buy the shoes at barneys & i just ordered a couple pairs & wasn’t in the market for anymore expensive shoes. i was wondering how long the wait was. gosh i would have been scared to see naomi. patti looked like she was having a lot of fun.

I wish I would have never got a pair because now I am addicted. I used to hate wearing suit skirts but now I love it to show off my loubes. I also now only want to wear skinny jeans for the same reason. I don’t mind spending the money on his shoes because they make whatever you are wearing look 10x better. No other designer can compete w/ the quality & fashion of CL. Too bad I also have an addiction to Chanel bags.
