High School Musical 3 Press Conference — VIDEO

Here’s the video of the High School Musical 3: Senior Year cast at the start-of-production press conference at East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday.

A reporter slyly asks Vanessa about Miley Cyrus’s semi-topless Vanity Fair photos.

Vanessa, 19, smartly declines to answer, smiles, and says, “You know, we’re here to talk about the movie.”

Check out the vid below with Director Kenny Ortega, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman and Corbin Bleu.

Costar Lucas Grabeel was sick and is currently on bed-rest! Get well soon, Lucas!

found this tidbit on a private blog from an extra in HSM3.

we were filming in the high school today (saturday) and i saw zac and vanessa off by themselves. he had her pushed up against the wall and was kissing her. i grabbed the girl next to me and tried not to squeal as i pointed them out. but they broke apart from each other and went in opposite directions. he had a big smile on his face, but i couldn’t see hers because her back was to me.

Beauti is a relative concept, it can changes for all of us.We have a interior beauti too, that complement both a personality. All of them are beautiful youngs for me, because they have health, hopes for his future and love and friendship. ¿What more you can ask? Be beautiful persons, and not plastics esteriotipos.

folks Vanessa is not “big” in any way - she is a petite little thing - she has curves but she is not “big”. When you take pictures of just her I could understand but put her up against other individuals and she is petite in every way.

I cannot say who the private blog belongs to. It is for invited readers only, but they did blog again yesterday—

Filming today was crazy! There were so many extras milling around. I met Kenny Ortega and he is sooo sweet. As I was walking to the area where I was supposed to report to, I saw Corbin, Zac, Vanessa and Ashley sitting at a table in the hall eating. Vanessa was sitting on a chair next to Zac, but was sideways with her legs draped over his. He had his arms around her back. They seemed to be laughing hysterically at something.
I’m kind of bummed I haven’t seen Lucas yet.
