High School Musical 3 Press Conference — VIDEO
Here’s the video of the High School Musical 3: Senior Year cast at the start-of-production press conference at East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday.
A reporter slyly asks Vanessa about Miley Cyrus’s semi-topless Vanity Fair photos.
Vanessa, 19, smartly declines to answer, smiles, and says, “You know, we’re here to talk about the movie.”

I’m so proud of Vanessa handling the “sneak” and I honestly think that it’s not the fact that some say “she has no right to talk”… give me a break! They were there to talk about HSM 3 & Miley is one of her friends… why should she comment about it in front of the press, and ultimately in front of millions. Figure it out haters… you’d do the same thing. Unless you were tacky and a sell-out. Which she is not!
BTW, everyone looks great! I love all they are wearing and Corbin looks so mature! He looks good. I like Ashley’s hair and Monique is always so classy. Kenny must be so proud of these guys :)
If you cant see her face and you hear her talking its sounds like a 10 year old. The things she say doesn’t make sense.
I HATE when she says that she is experiencing High School through the movies she makes. In a movie everything is overexaggerated.
Making a movie has nothing to do with High School. She is seriously immature. All you little fans thinks she is so amazing. I am sorry but she really isn’t.

Melissa, in all due respect… if she doesn’t make sense to you… it may be that you have a problem comprehending your basic English language. Because to alot of people, she makes alot of sense.
I personally think she made perfect sense and sounds pretty intellectual… most people her age say the word “LIKE” so much. She hardly says it. (note I said Hardly) I’m sorry, but there are alot and one in particular amongst her cast that says it way too often. Her sounding like a 10 yod is your opinion, but I think it’s caused by biased hatred towards her as opposed to factual. Because I did hear the interview again, w/out looking at her and she sounds very mature, cute but mature. She’s actually come a long way from her interviews from a couple of years back even.
As far as her saying she is experiencing what High School would be like in making the movies, if that’s the only way she can experience it, then so be it. That’s her deal, not yours… who are you to judge that. I hope you are in or went to high school… or going to high school for that matter… so You can’t relate to her. You don’t know what it’s like not experiencing it.. I hope you understand that.

Steph, I am in High school. I was just expressing my opinion when i said that you cant experience High school through the movies you make.
i hate how they directed the miley quesion towards vanessa..and when they asked they said “i know there are pressures in young hollywood” probably referring to vanessa’s scandal..
No steph, KGG didn’t make it to the belfry. I think she wasn’t going to be home this weekend.
As for what I am up to today, not much. It is going to rain so it feels like a stay home and be lazy type of day. Maybe i will watch a movie with mom.
