OlderHigh School Musical 3 Press Conference — FIRST PICTURES!
The cast of High School Musical 3: Senior Year participates in the start-of-production press conference at East High School in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday.
Who showed up? Director Kenny Ortega, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman and Corbin Bleu.
Principal photography will kick off tomorrow, May 3. The all-new HSM3 feature film will be shot on location in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is set for release in theaters October 24, 2008. High School Musical 3: Senior Year finds high school seniors Troy and Gabriella facing the prospect of separation as they head off to different colleges. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about the future. With incredible new music and exciting dance numbers designed to take maximum advantage of the big screen, this motion picture extravaganza delivers plenty of high-energy entertainment from East High’s talented ensemble.

Actually, Vanessa wears extensions, always has. So does Ashley. Vanessa’s hair-length in HSM 2, is her real hair-length. Her hair looks good either way. As for HSM 3, I’m also happy it’s long. One of the first things people noticed about Vanessa in HSM was her long hair, even though that was nothing compared to all her gorgeus features. So, she will probably grab more attention w/ longer hair in HSM 3. Especially w/ younger kids.

how are you so sure vanessa isn’t wearing extensions?? her own publicist confirmed that she DOES wear extensions. she definately wore extensions from HSM up to HSM 2. if you haven’t noticed, vanessa doesn’t always have the same exact hair-length. remember the fake bangs? as much as i would like to believe that’s vanessa’s real hair, i highly doubt it is. & i’m almost pretty sure she still wears extensions. sorry if i’m wrong…

I just wanted you to know the age of Zac is 20, Vanessa is 19, & Ashley is 22…okay…
This is my experience girls that typically goes for younger guys are very damanding *******. By going for younger guys, the female is in control.
Now guys going for younger female are usually going for appeals and lot of fun.
Girls going for older guys are for security.
Guys going for older female are for money.
Now, Zac and Vanessa are pretty much the same age, so they are very equal.
Ashley is 2 years older then Zac…which makes her very mature for Zac. Beside guys maturity are two years behind their actual age. Therefore, Zac’s maturity is really at the age of 18, and probably the reason he still like playing video games and skate boarding. Vanessa’s age is really close to Zac and that is why she can relate to him and knows all what he is feeling.
As for Ashley, she is dating Jared. He is also 20 years old. Ashley likes controlling her man around like a puppy dog. She tells the man where and how to jump, walk, dress, eat, etc. She is controlling all of Jared’s life. Ashley should be dating someone like Drew, who is 23 years or Lucas, who is 22. If you look at Demi Moore, age 41, and Ashton, age 28, these two are marry. Demi Moore has a daughter that Ashton could date. As Ashley continue to get older, she will continue to date and capture younger men. Which appears to me that is the pattern that Ashley is forming. Ashley is over 21 and can go into bars and clubs to have alcoholic drinks. In other word, I would not want my son any where near a woman like her. Who know she may have sex with Dylan and Cole Sprouts that would be considered child rape.
I think Zac prefer to have his girlfriend to be same age or a year younger than him. He doesn’t want a female cougar controlling his life. Plus Zac is under 21 and should not be drinking any alcoholic drinks. Zac is safer with Vanessa because she is under 21.

And to that Zashley fan talking about body language. Where else is Zac supposed to put his hand in a group shot where they’re so close together? If you’re really looking at body language, look at how Ashley is facing outward, with just her hand on Zac’s back. Now compare that to the way Vanessa is turned almost completely toward Zac looking up at him…..now that’s togetherness.

Natalie #195- I didn’t think Vanessa did for a long time but I noticed after HSM2 when her hair was short that it would sometimes be instantly long again. And Ashley has already mentioned how dye jobs when she was younger left her hair at about shoulder length and she adds them in for length. Don’t get me wrong, I think they both have gorgeous locks but for movies (and maybe just personal preference) I’m sure fuller, lush hair is desirable.

For all of you thinking Zac is “holding” Ashley closer than V - go to #199 and click on that picture - look at where Zac is holdling V - that tells a lot - he never holds her like he is Ashley in this picture - that is more “friends” but with V it is tastefull, discrett and yet in their own way - more intimate. I even think in HSM2 on “Everyday” he put his hand down on her behind just as they were turning to walk on stage - the camera hardly catches it but the first time I saw it I was like “he put his hand on her “behind” not her “back” I bet the cameramen did not catch that!!
Anyway, they all look great - and I am sooooo excited to hear the cameras are about to roll.
Zac is “hot” and I am reminded about what one of the Newsmen in Austin, Texas said about Vanessa in one of the newspaper articles there when she was filming “Will”– that the first time he saw her across the room she looked “like a delicate porcelin doll” - I usually don’t see that in her, but in these pictures I could see that look. I also liked it that she was in a dress - she has said she is a “girly girl” and she does like to wear dresses - another “thought” - I always like the length of her hemlines — never too short but always just right (now I sound as old as I am I guess) - she has good taste in that regard.
oh and let me say this…..I think everyone is talking Vanessa and Ashley but I think Monique looks great. I had read that she had been working out to get ready for the movie. She looks great here and even better in the HSM3 poster - she looked sensational - you could tell she has been working out, her hair looked great - just a good shot of her to. She seems very sweet and genuine.

I mean I really don’t know how you can back up any of those assertions. For all we know Jared could be the first guy Ashley’s dated whose younger then she is. I just looked at the pictures and have to say they all look good but love the one’s of Zac and Vanessa he looks so much more relaxed and less stressed then what he did when he left london to go to utah.
Must be beucase like they all said their back in a place they love and is like a second home to them and the place itself is very relaxing couple that with being with your friends and girlfriend it’s no wonder Zac looks appy.
And have to agree Zac certainly like’s to have his hand on V’s butt as it’s not the first time, but that just shows how comfortable they arein their relactionship and he no way has his hand anywhere near Ashley’s with her it’s on her waist and I would’nt say that Zac is grabbing hold either like it has been mentioned.
I have also said it in the past that if Zac and Ashley wanted to get together they have had plenty of opportunity as it’s been said Zac knew Ashley long before Vanessa and they were on the same show long before Vanessa came along, but something obvioulsy clicked with Vanessa that had’nt clicked with anyone else that Zac had met so all he and Ashley will be are close friends which can be a form of love but not the love that grows into something more deeper on a personal level.
And Zc has had his hand on Ashley’s waistI don’t know how many times so where else is he supposed to put it, Ashley’s not the one standing really close to Zac Vanessa is, Ashley’s not the one Zac is beaming at with pride and love in his eyes that’s Vanessa, and most importantly zac’s hand is on Vanessa’s butt not Ashley’s.
If it was all for publicity with Z and V which I s serioulsy doubt it is I would’n like a friend of mine toput his hand on my butt like that if he was supposed to be in love with my best friend who happened to be standing there as well.
