im not making excuses, i said she was on the skinny sid right now, but i am about her hight and have the same kind of built as she does, and even though I eat healthy (and enough) im prety sure I dont weigh much more than she does. some people just loose weight very quickly and have a harder time gaining it. we are all different, I dont know why that is so hard for people to understand.

#62 aka #54, I would be inclined to agree with you had I not been following Kate since she starred on “Young Americans” back in 2000. But because I know - as well as have pictures - of what she looked like only a few years ago, it’s pretty evident that she is suffering from issues that are causing her to restrict her food.

This is not something people have a hard time understanding. This is something that anyone with eyes and a brain can see.

Obviously NOT food…and I don’t think they sell Coke (the powdered kind) at drug stores…

When I was Kate’s age my shape was very similar to hers and no matter how much I ate I couldn’t gain weight. It was so easy to lose and so hard to gain. I hated it. It’s as bad as being overweight and struggling to lose lbs. More people can relate to and are sympathetic to that problem.

I’m sick of people saying how this is natural and it’s hard for some people to gain weight. whilst the latter may be true naturally slim people with petite figures do not look like this. They did not have knees that are 2 inches wider than their thighs or elbows that look like they are going to break out of the skin.

She clearly doesn’t have enough bodyfat on her to maintain health and the body doesn’t ‘naturally’ keep itself in this state.

Ah, the duties of a Voguette! Since she’s much too busy with that serious film career, she doesn’t have time to attend all the charity galas the rest of the Wintour crowd does.* Maintaining this painful skinniness is the next best thing, I guess (expressing solidarity with the starving peoples of the world while donating all her unused groceries?). *But the Costume Institute event is mandatory!
