OlderSuri Cruise Has New Lightened Locks
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
leave their Manhattan hotel with daughter Suri, 2, on a cloudy Saturday afternoon.
Suri sported a new lightened do and carried her milk (and barley?) bottle.
Here are some quotes from this past Friday’s Oprah interview with Tom:
On [his children] Connor and Bella reading tabloid reports about Cruise:”They love me, so they know. They’ve grown up with that, and I’m sure there are things that they don’t like, and you go, ‘Okay, that happened, things go wrong, but don’t live in it. Don’t live in that because today is a new day and there’s plenty of tomorrows. They’re good people, my children. I’m proud of them.I don’t want them to worry. They know I’m there. No matter what, I’m always there.”
On dressing like Santa to surprise Suri: “I open the door, and I’m giving my best, ‘Oh, merry Christmas! Oh, look at this little girl,’ and Suri looks at me, and she says, ‘No – Dada!’ So that night, we were putting Suri down. Kate says, ‘How was it? Did you like it? What did you think of Santa?’ And Suri was really sweet, she looks up, and she goes, ‘Dada Santa.’”

That is just sick to lighten a toddler’s hair. I have lost all respect for Katie.

I never liked how they dress that child, the clothes she wears looks like something a thirty something woman would wear. Now they have dyed her hair.
You can tell her hair is dyed because Tom and Katies is still dark.
Suri is not that cute. She has her mothers droppy eyes, and her dad’s nose.

As far as the bottle goes, that does not mean they are bad parents, it just means that Suri probably gets extremely upset if they try switching to a sippy cup. It happens quite often. Her teeth will be fine. Teeth go bad if you let a baby sleep with the bottle in the mouth like they used to do in the pre-1970s.

Thats what parents are for. So make dicisions a toddler is not old enough to make. A two year old is too old to be still on the bottle. BE A PARENT, AND TAKE THE BOTTLE AWAY. I raised 4 children, and I know what I’m talking about.
If they had actually lightened their daughters hair, they should have her removed. That would be one of the sickest things I’ve ever heard of!
Oh come on, even if it’s not the lighting, kids’ hair just seems to spontaneously lighten like that. Seriously- I’ve seen it happen with so many of my friend’s children, seemingly overnight. Once, I noticed a dramatic transformation over the course of one week. I’m sure that her parents did not color her hair.

KatIE was probably bored and sprayed “Sun In” on her hair!
I use to like Tom, now I don’t.
In that Oprah interview all he talked about was their opulent lifestyle.
He and Katie are so materialistic, and all Katie does is shop. They need to stop thinking about themselves only, and start thinking about others.

Just a thought. My son was born with dark brown hair. When he was around 18 months or so the roots started coming in very light blond. He looked kind of strange for a few months. Since he was a boy I just kept cutting it and eventually it was all blond.
Sooooo maybe her roots started coming in blond or lighter shade so they just colored it all over to make it match?

I’VE BEEN MARRIED TO MY HUSBAND FOR 20 YEARS . None of our children were still on the bottle past one year old. IT’S CALLED BEING A PARENT, and making decisions a child is not old enough to make.
THIS IS WHY CHILDREN HAVE PARENTS.

The interview is self-serving. Katie was probably out shopping, thats the only thing she is good at. Now dying the babies hair is over the top.
I love the Jolie-Pitts, they are giving and reaching out to others.

I know some people just like to bash..but..
My own daughter’s hair is a very deep auburn..
In shadow..and in pictures..it can appear very nearly black..
in directly sunshine or under very bright light..it’s
a beautiful bright dark cherry red..
Just like Suri’s……
I highly doubt these people are dying her hair..

LOL, they still make that stuff? A friend of mine sprayed some Super Sun-In in her hair and turned the hair dryer up to high, and it came out looking ORANGE! She never tried that again!
Oh…and to the poster’s whose son’s hair went from dark to blonde..
all three of my sister’s kids were born with heads full of thick black curls……and all three turned into kids with super pale blonde hair..

Click on the first picture and look at it up close.
Suri and her parents aren’t standing in direct sunlight or under any other bright light in that picture.
Yet her hair looks at least three shades lighter than it used to look.
Her parents put something on that child’s hair to lighten it.
