Jude Law Dreams Big
Jude Law returns to his Hottie McHottie status as he arrives at London’s Heathrow airport from Miami on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old British actor wore the same “Dream! Dream!” jacket he wore in March.
Jude was recently in New Orleans. According to NOLA, Mr. Law checked out Preservation Hall and joined his pal Irvin Mayfield onstage during the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra’s set at the Fair Grounds.

He does know how to bewitch us….. ;-)
I love music, blues and jazz are my favorites. Knowing that Jude supports the musician of New Orleans does nothing else but strengthen the feelings I have for him. New Orleans is the birthplace of blues and jazz, and any Knight who protects the holy ground of the blues and jazz I will serve forever. :-)
I hope, there will be a wonderful result of Jude’s friendship with Irvin you know,…… Irvin plays the trumpet and Jude dancing with open white shirt, the cherry flowers are flown by the wind, Jude closes his eyes and simply follow the sound of the trumpet…..
I think I will listen to Ella today, “Baby it’s cold out there”, listen to the sound of the trumpet of Satchmo and imagining it is Irvin…and Jude shakes his head, closes his eyes…(Oh baby, it is hot in me now….)
Sandy….the night is full of fire,
screaming out our desires
to be there,
where the Law is laid down
and make it as our sacred ground
and Dolores….do you hear
We call your name
for you who can tame
the wildness of the Law
and make it as our sacred ground
Thank you rien for including me in your poem. IT’s an honor. I truly
feel my chance to talk to him face to face will come one day although
I have no idea of how or when. Because that’s life. We three could be
the Jude Musketeers. One for all and all for one - Jude Law!
Rien - you are a treasure - are you on any of the other sites and if not,
why not? We have very interesting conversations and love original thoughts and work and you are an original and i mean that in the very best way.. Hope to hear from you.
rien,’there’s shelly, keats, longfellow and then there’s rien the poet laureate of jude law.
jude came to new orleans because he is the foundation and face for bringing back the music and musicians to new orleans. the jazzfest is where he felt he belonged…to show his face and support for a cause he so firmly believes in. besides…he had a whale of a time.
Don’t think he’s attractive at all. Certainly looks like he just came from New Orleans!!! Think his outfit is awful. He used to have some class.
that’s what makes horse races….different strokes for different folks.
if you had seen him in his most recent films, the holiday, sleuth, all the king’s men and my blueberry nights i’m sure you’d change your opinion.he’s just coming off a plane with a buzz haircut….maybe he doesn’t look his best but i assure you when jude does primp up…. his beauty is there for all to see. we all look better sometimes than othertimes. that’s what makes us humam.
By the way Blue - Jude is a quite frequent air traveler and he dresses exactly like everyone else does who flies a lot, except maybe he is
neater and cleaner then some of them look. People don’t dress as
much in general except for occasions and he excels at that. Check out
any of the festivals he appeared in last year or award ceremonies or why he is the Dunhill representative. NOBODY wears a tux or a dress
suit better than Jude Law. And don’t forget in these pix he is covering
one of his best features his dreamy eyes with sunglasses. So what
do you want of him - as Delores says he is human, and that’s very
nice to see.
God made Jude Law because he loves us and wants us to be happy :-)
lol
i agree with #58
AMen!
thank you god. he’s your finest creation……
Sorry for late answer….I went swimming with my husband yesterday, but the swimming pool was still closed… ;-(
Sandy - I am still surfing in the nets, looking for some kind of Jude’s fans site. I registered myself in Brilliance and Youtube but it is kind of slow these days. Can you please tell me any kind of Jude’s fans site which are interesting for you?
Sometimes I wrote my opinion on Jennifer Anniston’s thread. It is always fun to read “the battle” there. I like a fighter. I hope JA is a fighter, because I want to see a woman who lost the third sexiest man alive, after Jude and My Husband, can get up and find back her life again.
Dolores - I know I am in love with the right man when I saw Jude for the first time (I feel like I was cheating on Gary Oldman, you know. Well, yeah, I like Edward Norton too, but my feelings towards Edward is far far away from being called “love”) There are many things that he did and said hit the my thoughts and my heart (my poor heart). There is something in the air, I can feel it in my blood……and now with his actions for the music….if he was Oberon, I would be glad as Puck, it would be heaven if I was Titania, but as Puck, indeed would be enough!
Blue - That is Jude. He doesn’t have to dress to kill every time to win our hearts. Such a delicate creature like him only needs his gaze to break through our strongest Hold.
rien, you are poetry personified.Words that stir the heart mind and soul
No wonder that we seem to think the same but for me Jude has total
exclusivity. No one comes close and I haven’t felt this way about a film
actor since I was in my teens. MANY MANY moons ago, nearly a life-
time. The two main websites I was talking about are:: IMDB.com and
JUDE LAW NEWS. On IMDB you have to enter his name under search
and when the page comes up there is a choice of ‘boards’ where you
will be able to read but in order to post you will have to register which
is a fairly painless proceedure (free). Once a member you have the
choice of also delivering ‘private messages’ to your friends or just to
join the crowd posting and it’s fun. For Law News you will have to go to
http://www.Communities.livejournal.com/law_news You will be able to read
and look at the pictures etc. but if you want to post, again you will have
to register. You actually receive a free website of your own to use or not as you wish and the ability to join the fun and post whatever is
neccessary to make you happy! there are more but those are the important two at the moment. Good luck and I look forward to seeing you there. (By the way we are all very loyal to Jared because of the fact
that he really tries to get us all the pictures we want and the news too.
Not to mention he’s a sweetie and very cooperative.)
“God made Jude Law because he loves us and wants us to be happy ”
So Let be it written,So Let it be Done.
God knew just what he was doing……he must have consulted maggie and peter law.
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the lord to kiss Jude’s feet
If I should die before I wake
I better end this prayer for everyone’s sake.
Auntie
P.S. Can you tell that the mother’s day cocktail hour has begun!
Auntie, Auntie, Auntie - you are too much. Poetry is popular around here these days. I guess something in Jude brings out the poetry in
us. What could that be (that we haven’t extolled to the sky) He brings
out such adoring emotions we seek to relieve ourselves by trying to
put it in words. But the look in his eye, the curve of his jaw, the lure of
his mouth, the pull of the new buffness and the delicious hair on the
chest are only the edge of the winds of enticement that pull us to
Jude in all his glory. We’ll keep on trying till we get it all - right!
yes auntie darling,
the cocktail hour has definitely begun. it starts with an eyeful of jude….better than booze. now however i’m on my way to my niece’s home. let the champagne flow….cheers!!!!!!!!!
Since we’re being poetic, I’ll add my contribution to the Jude literature:
There once was a luscious hot Brit
Whose presence gave girls such a fit
Their thoughts were quite naughty
For he was a dang hottie
They all dreamed that with him they’d do it!
Sorry….so, so sorry! :)
Let’s fill up the glass
and turn it upside down
the night is young
Jude is young
and the air is filled
with our own scent that run wild
for never I regret the day
I took the decision:
To listen to you, without talking to you
To sense you, without taking you
To reach you, without touching you
To be inside you, without you.
For there are many a time
When I read the lines under your eyes
I can say:
“Yes, I know you. In some ways.”
So, my delicate creature
fill up your glass
and turn it upside down
I am young
You are young
and the ray of tomorrow’s light
will never come
(Mr. David Jude Heyworth Law, this is the result if we are thinking about you on the Mother’s Day, Dear Gentle Sir).
Sandy - I think I will check up IMDB tomorrow. And the other address doesn’t really work, but I will figure it out, somehow. Don’t worry, my dear. Today is holiday, and I think I want to spend the time with the second sexiest man in the world… ;-) ! I would love to chat with you!
Auntie, - that is a prayer I say sometimes, when I am afraid or sad (well, when I am really sad, I will listen to the blues), without Jude’s feet..naturally :-) Or shall I change it now….
And Jared, my sweet Jared, ignore this one glass too much group of girls! We are celebrating our mother’s day with our way! Just keep on posting Jude’s picture, my dear. God will pay your prayer one day….
Somebody please make coffee…make sure it is the strong one….!
rien,
you are a treaure…..if jude read your sonnets to him he would be very pleased…i can see that smile appearing on that perfect face. he would wonder….who is this sensitive lady?
I was just in Law_News, I have to say, it looks quite interesting. I think I might join in. Thanks, Sandy!
Dolores - thanks, girl! I read this article (in Law_News) about Hamlet. Whoever he is does not sound so happy that Jude does Hamlet. I like Shakespeare very much. I have to say, Hamlet is not an easy play. But honestly, put a side our love for Jude, do you think Jude can do it? I wish somebody (Branagh or else) will do Pericles (one of my favorites!)!
I wish I could simply fly to London to see Hamlet……
Something else, I just registered my self in IMDB. One question, why do they need the authentication of my account? Do I have to fill in?
AND DOLORES, you lucky girl! You can see Hamlet!! How I envy you!!!
rien,
jude got rave reviews for dr. faustus on the stage….not an easy part. when you look at jude emoting in sleuth….the last part of the film….then you think, cold mountain, ripley, road to perdition even alfie you see the range of his acting ability. branagh feels jude can do it. he is taking a risk but jude takes risks. he has such confidence in himself why shouldn’t he at least try? the critics may kill him and he knows it but he wants to be the master of his life and he’s willing to take the chance. years from now he won’t say to himself…”i should have done hamlet…why didn’t i have the guts to do it”
