Hilary Duff is so Artsee Fartsee
Hilary Duff continues to climb the hotness charts as she enjoys an afternoon shopping spree in the Meatpacking District neighborhood of New York City on Wednesday morning.
The Duffster, 20, dressed in a pair of short denim shorts as she picked up sunglasses at Artsee Eyewear before dropping by the Scoop boutique.
Hil’s latest movie, War Inc., opened at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this month but will be released in limited theaters on Friday, May 23.

I think people are mistaking muscular for fat. Her legs are really, really muscular. Most people don’t work them out to the point where they get like that for that exact reason. I have always thought she was a beautiful girl. I love her hair. I’m glad she went back to blonde :)
