Hilary Duff is so Artsee Fartsee
Hilary Duff continues to climb the hotness charts as she enjoys an afternoon shopping spree in the Meatpacking District neighborhood of New York City on Wednesday morning.
The Duffster, 20, dressed in a pair of short denim shorts as she picked up sunglasses at Artsee Eyewear before dropping by the Scoop boutique.
Hil’s latest movie, War Inc., opened at the Tribeca Film Festival earlier this month but will be released in limited theaters on Friday, May 23.

Well I haven’t heard any praises. I’m just going by what I’ve seen her in and they were really bad movies (Material Girls, Cheaper by the Dozen etc…).
To Regina yes she has nothing but good praises for War Inc I’ve seen the film trust me she does more than great. That’s in the past she was young now she’s older and wiser choosing movie roles
