It’s not considered unprofessional when you praise people you work with, but very unprofessional and unethical when you bad mouth them. Actors and directors praise one another all the time to the media, nothing wrong with that, but you don’t see self respecting ones going around dissing their peers.

Several people have asked why Orlando lets Miranda do all the talking about their relationship. Obviously I can only speculate here, but I suspect if this really is just a PR relationship then Orlando is left in the awkward position of not wanting to tell the truth but not wanting to lie either. He’s always been a private person (at least since he became famous) when it comes to relationships. In a Rolling Stone interview the conversation he had about girls with the interviewer was “off the record” and that’s all the interviewer could say. In a Details interview he told the interviewer, “I suppose now you’re going to ask me who I’m dating.” Then he changed the subject before the question could even be asked. Clearly, he doesn’t like talking about this stuff whereas Miranda does, so he’s let her take over. I think he’s in a difficult position and I don’t envy him for it.

Any “professional” would be stupid to post something like that on a public message board. His career would be short lived if he did. No one will hire someone who talks behind their back. If he talks about Miranda, he will talk about others. No one could ever trust him again.

In relation to all the responses, if people are stupid enough to believe the crap they read in tabloids and newspapers and believe Miranda and Orlando set the stories up purely for publicity, you must have awefully sad, sorry lives and have a hell of a lot of spare time on your hands because 99% of what you read is utter b******t. Did you hear the latest? Miranda and Orlando asked Miranda’s parents for Miranda’s hand in marriage and they are engaged - where did they pull that from - their arses I guess? How many times have the tabloids reported Brad leaving Ange or vice versa or Orlando and Jennifer having a fling - they attended a wedding (their manager’s) and a charity event together to raise money and do good for others in the process and then the papers had them having an affair, why? because they can print what they want to print and most people are gullible enough to believe them. Did you see what the media have done to Mischa Barton with the recent photos - what terrible, nasty people to cause her so much pain and it wouldn’t suprise me if the photos have been photoshopped or something to make her backside look like that. Equally as sad are the people who buy and believe what they read in these magazines.

I know first hand what it is like to have the paps at your front door morning to night and when it is on with you it’s on, they don’t leave you alone so ultimately where you go, they go. On that basis should you just stay inside and become a hermit just so you don’t get your picture taken and look like a media ***** or should you just say f**k it I am not going to let external influences control my life and just try and live as normal a life as possible. It aint easy

My point to you all is that you should never judge anyone based on anything anybody else says or writes about them. Sure, everyone has a right to have an opinion but make that opinion count by having it come from an educated standing, not just the hype you read in the tabloids or the crap you read on websites - surely this makes sense?

Just a little footnote. Miranda didn’t officially start modelling until she left school in 2000. She moved to Sydney 2001 when she was 18. Even then she didn’t model lingerie until she was around 22 (she has just turned 25) as she was doing more magazine work , swimwear and did Australian Fashion week which never involved lingerie. She headed to Paris and Milan but that was only after her mother recovered from an illness. She didn’t really get into modelling lingerie until she started with VS (there were a couple of lingerie shoots she did at the young age of 22 in Australia before heading to NY). My question to Tony is, where did you get your facts from because they aren’t facts and I ask you to provide your details as I am more than happy to check you out if you give me the opportunity.

Give me a break. Plenty of stars manage to lead private lives and stay out of the “media circus” and they live in the heart of the media circus L.A. You can’t possibly live in a media circus if you don’t know that in some instances stories are planted and paparazzi shots are set up. Miranda and Orlando’s trip to Oz couldn’t have been more of an obvious PR blitz. It was announced in the paper exactly when they would arrive and basically laid out their entire agenda for the week making sure every media outlet got some coverage. Orlando’s management even approved for personal photos of him with Miranda’s family to be made public. Not to mention the set up dinner with her family which was covered by Wireimage, a photo agency normally contacted by publicists to cover pre-planned events in

I really don’t hate the chick, I just clown her because I know that’s what get people like you riled up. You can’t change what other people say or do, you can only change you.
