Lauren Conrad carried her luggage into her home in Hollywood on Friday after returning from short trip to New York for MTV’s Upfronts.
The 22-year-old Hills star is helping her roommate, Audrina Patridge, celebrate her 23rd birthday tonight.
The finale for the current season of The Hills airs this Monday, May 12. The new season will premiere in August with 19 new episodes.

She makes money off The Hills, appearances at events, her clothing line, etc. It’s not just MTV that she’s getting her money from.
Still, I think her parents must have had to help a little bit in paying for her house, if it’s $3 million. She comes from a very rich family.

Her dresses are GORGEOUS
its around 25k per episode for lauren… less for the other cast members of the hills.
Her house was 2.5 million. I heard that Heidi makes 25k an episode so LC makes at least 50k but I wouldn’t be suprprised if it was even more. The girl also has appearnaces, endorsements & her fashion line which give her a lot of extra cash. For those trashing her line, it is competitively priced w/ similar lines (velvet, splendid, rachel pally), it is probably well made & it is made in the USA. You get what you pay for & good for her for not having her stuff made for 25 cents somewhere in Asia only to be made like shiat & fall apart after one wash. Yes she has expensive clothes/accessories but she mixes it w/ a lot of inexpensive things from stores like Urban Outfitters & American Apparel. She also wears a lot of clothes from her own line & handbags from linea pelle which you know she gets for free. There is also an online boutique that carries all the trendy stuff & has her pictured all over her site wearing items they carry & i suspect they gave her all that stuff for free to boost their sales. She doesn’t need her parents money & I bet she bought that house all on her own. Good for her. I love her individual style. She needs to ditch the Nicole Richie signature looks-she can’t pull off that braid/moccasin thing she is trying so hard to rock. We all get inspiration for our style from others but If a certain style doesn’t fit your particular look it is a rip off. Not everyone can wear everything.

I personally CAN’T stand her. She’s just too damn annoying and she is likest the dumbest person EVER when it comes to relationships. Seriously, how many times does a person need to get burned before they realize that the guy they’ve been chasing or stalking or whatever is a complete idiot. In my book, she’s a moron.
