Jamie Lynn Spears Celebrates Baby Shower #2
Gas guzzler Jamie Lynn Spears fills up her Range Rover yet again as she heads to her second baby shower at a family friend’s house in Liberty, Mississippi on Saturday.
Last Friday, big sister Britney and mom Lynne threw the 17-year-old Zoey 101 star a baby shower. But this weekend, baby shower #2 is being thrown by the members of fiance Casey Aldridge’s family.
Jamie Lynn and Casey are expecting their first child together in late June/early July.

I actually think she looks cute. She’s obiviously dressed up for her baby shower. I don’t think its weird at all that she had two baby showers. It makes sense especially if your family is located in two different states. Besides Casey’s sister and mom were at her LA baby shower. As far as Casey talkin’ like a hick, he is one and can’t help it. And as far as carrying a loaded gun I have three in the gun rack on my pickup. Does that make me dangerous and immature? No, it means I know how to protect my ranch and the animals and people in it. I swear people think all Southerns are stupid, obiviously we’re not.

I can’t believe so many people are criticizing her. She’s human. She’s not going to dress all perfect everyday. Also, last time I checked, pregnant women are not supposed to be in their best shapes..

I think it’s pretty sad that she made one mistake and people are all over her for it. Do you know how many girls make the exact same mistakes every year? It’s not just her. As for her looking unhappy, it is probably because she knows what the media and other people are saying about her when they see the pictures. Give the girl a break. How would you like it if everyone held a mistake you made over your head forever? Let it go….

You are glorifying teen pregnancy by posting these pictures. Who knows, some dumb 16 year old will see these and say, oh look at the attention she gets and a little cute baby in the end! Like its so easy. Even though she has way more financial resources than almost any 16-17 year old, she is still too immature to be a good mother. She should give up the kid to Jennifer Garner like Juno did!
she should be really careful with those shoes! i think you should never wear heels if you are pregnant! and at this advanced stage… it’s just too dangerous to fall and stuff… but every celeb seems to wear heels while they’re pregnant… i don’t understand them!

haha, wheni read yum!’s comment, i laughed like hell, that was hilarious. but yea, i don’t think she looks good at all, the shoe’s shoes looks cheap and hooker -esq. so does the dress, if she started wearing some maternity clothes instead of oversized clothes she’d look nicer, and comparing her to gwen s. is like stupid, gwen’s an ADULT jamie’s 17! and that casey should be in jail for rape.

people are so skeptical of her being able to raise a child - but honestly she’s almost an adult and has been working like one for years. not to mention all the help she will have. just because her sister is britney spears does NOT necessarily mean she’s going to be a ****** mother and make the same mistakes as her. there’s much worse things than having a baby at 17 - at least she can AFFORD to take care of it. I think a baby is better off with JL at 17, then with some parents who are in their 30’s and 40’s and are living in povrety or are alcoholics/drug addicts.. at least she’s staying in the south where the dad is, and going to attempt to raise it in a normal situation.
hmmm, maybe he’s a “hick” to some people, but i think Jamie Lynn is better off with this Casey guy than a lot of Hollywood ********. it happens all over the country, but it’s not really uncommon to get married young/have children in small towns like where they are from. JL should just stay in Lousiana and raise her kid there - and not even ATTEMPT to reenter Hollywood - and keep her baby girl away from trying to be a Disney star at all means.
how we know if casey is the real father? i guess we may never know? in my opinion, i don’t believe casey isn’t the father. i think jamie lynn should had been in a good mood going to her own baby shower.

Looking at her photos makes me feel sad. She is alone a lot of the time it seems, and it’s not as if she’s from a very great family. Is she going to raise a child with a family like hers as an example? Her boyfriend doesn’t really seem like the great fatherly type as well, though of course I could be wrong, I don’t know him personally after all. I am glad she’s not having an abortion, she could have sought the easier way out and be done with it but she decided to take responsibility and I respect her for that, I simply foresee a dark ahead and I feel sorry for that. I wish her and her baby well.
