OlderPax Jolie-Pitt: Is There a Doctor in the House?

Expectant actress Angelina Jolie takes her son Pax Thien, 4, for a check-up at the doctor’s office in Grasse, France on Sunday.
Afterwards, the mother-son pair picked up lunch (Happy Meals!) at a McDonalds drive-thru as both paparazzi and locals looked on. Check out the driveway–it says Drive McDrive!
Angie is scheduled to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival this Thursday, May 15 for her new animated feature, Kung Fu Panda, and then on May 20 for Clint Eastwood’s Changeling.

can someone explain to me how did the papz know she would go to the doctor or Mcdonalds? if they were following her since she left the house, we would have more pics and from every time they left the house? do they call the papz?

Alexanderina, I think Pax got a hair cut. Angie is very happy.
Not that they show every meal they eat, but it seems like these kids eat an inordinate amount of ‘crap’. I do hope since Angelina says she can’t cook at all, that their cooks make these kids eat nutritious foods on a regular basis.

Since as you say they have people cooking for them, you have no idea what they eat. So sorry your mother didn’t buy you a treat or a Happy meal when you went to the Dr, or bought you chips on a walk. Sad for you, that must be why you are here today, you have issues with her! Mine is in another state so thats why I’m posting. So don’t go there foolish!
Why didn’t she spend Mother day at home with all her kids and with Brad instead of eating launch outside of house?

Is oxygen getting to your brain? LOL They wait at the entrance of the place they are staying and follow them in the car. There isn’t much money in taking pictures when they are not in the frame so the paps don’t waste film on those. They take the pics of them inside the car as that makes the money, dummy. Obviously, if they are in the drive through the target ‘Angelina and son’ is stationary and they can get up close pics.
And as a side note, there are probably more pics to this set but the ones Jared put up are those he decided to purchase.
They are both looking great and healthy…I see Paxman, got a haircut, finally…that little dude looks healthy and relaxed…man what a difference from a year ago…just wow!
