There was nothing for ages before the movie started filming because they were apart for so long. Vanessa was filming Will in Texas and Zac was filming Me and Orson Welles in Britain. They were apart for about 3 months. There was plenty of Zanessa before that and now that they have been reunited we’re seeing them again.

These kids must be thinking: “We’re damned if we do and damned if we don’t.” SOOOO, maybe they just decided that they would do what any other young couple who are in love do: hold hands, girl rest head upon boyfriend’s shoulder, have arms around each other, sweet little kisses, etc. Maybe they finally have said, if you get a picture of it , fine, it you don’t, OK and if you like it, good, if you don’t, too bad, etc. Maybe they have just said, “We will do what we want, when we want , and how we want” and to heck with all of people who want to find fault with us. Maybe they are secure enough now to know they have a ton of support and loyal fans but that the nay-sayerers will always be there so be it.

As far as them being private or not answering questions: Don’t you people see the difference? If I am walking down the street holding hands with my husband or he gives me a quick kiss over something that is between us, then that is our right to do so as we are not infringing on anyone else or their “space”. We are not doing anything questionable, etc. BUT if someone takes it upon themself—because they have seen us do these things and havd decided they want more information—comes up to us and asks if we are married, how long, if we have children, if we are going to have any, or why we don’t—-that becomes invasion of our privacy and we have the RIGHT not to answer those questions if we don’t wish to.

The same goes for Vanessa and Zac. If people like the National Ledger are too stupid not to “get” that they are dating after all the pictues that are out there—especially those from the Palm Springs festival—-then it is not Vanessa and Zac’s place to have to give them a monthly update as to their relationship, like “Yes, we are dating, yes we are more than just budddies”, etc. BECAUSE they know IF they should start answering those kinds of questions posed at the HSM3 interview sessions—which were totally inappropriate since it was about the making of the movie and not about Zac and Vanessa—-then the next questions that those kind of people will ask is, “Are you planning to get married?, Are you going to move in together?” etc. That’s nobody’s business. And I think that is what Vanessa and Zac are wanting to be private about. They don’t so much care if they are seen holding hands, etc. BUT they do know what a furor it causes when their ARE pictures of it.

OMG, why are some people so bent out of shape because Zac happened to kiss, hold hands, and hug his girlfriend Vanessa at a basketball game? They are young and in love from everything we see and hear and it’s not a crime to be affectionate towards one another, at least the last time I checked…LOL.

No, it’s not for publicity or they would not have tried to hide it before this and it’s a fact that before HSM was ever filmed, Disney did not approve of co-stars dating. I think that they are still private about their relactionship a lot of the time and even now still won’t go into great detail as to the status of it and to be fair why should they.

The kiss was quick but as I have said before as much as certain people want to see a big make out session in public it’s not gonna happen, Zac has showed a lot of affection in public as you say to Vanessa but what I have noticed is that he does it discretly when he thinks no-one is looking which to me shows respect for Vanessa at the same time letting her know that he cares about her without making a big show or statement about his feelings towards her which is obvious to anyone who looks properly.

My husband are like you and yours to if we’re walking and holding hands that’s our buisness, if he wants to give me a quick kiss or visa versa again that’s our buisness, jus like it is with Zac and Vanessa they have always showed affection I would imagine when they feel comfortable doing it regardless if there’s a camera their or not, their doing it because it feels right for them at that moment and why should they feel like they can’t be open and affectionate towards one another if they want to after all Zac is going to be 21 this year and Vanessa 20 they are past the teenage phase and I think that they did the right thing in the begining and let the love and friendship that they found in each other develop naturally and gradually in private so that they can now be at the stage that they do feel comfortable enough to showsome PDA when they feel like it and not when told to by the press or their fans.

I sawthat too and as you said Zac went over to Vanessa not the other way round nobody forced him too, I think it shows how much of a gentleman he is and how much he respects women with not feeling likehe has to go over the top with affection that I don’t honestly think he would be comfortable in doing anyway it does’nt seem his way. But you can affection in other ways apart from groping your partner in public just to please people to make them beleive your a couple when at the end of the day it’s not their buisness.

It was just nice to see them out and about and having a break from filming and being a couple on a date and looking like they were having a good time.

So happy to see they all seemed to have a great time at the game. Even Corbin was there in one of the videos. I think Ashley was sitting on the other side of the sportscasters table from Zac and Vanessa, with her Dad. Not exactly sure what he looks like but I’m assuming it is him. I agree with poster# 233 that the photobucket photo of Zac and Vanessa shown is really cute. Just shows how much Zac is into his girl.

My take on all the affection shown lately is that #1 they have been apart for over 21/2 months, #2 I think since Palm Springs they have said,” the h— with the world, we are in love and we don’t want to hide it any longer”,#3 they are secure enough with each other and their relationship to not care what others think, #4 they care about each other so much that it is just natural to be there for the other one with hand holding, kisses, hugs. ( I think Vanessa’s sad face while she has her head on Zac’s shoulder may have been to let him know she knows he feels bad LA is losing, and Kobie is hurt , but she is still there for him). They seem very in tune to each others feelings as I’ve said many times before.
I wish them all the success and happiness life can bring.

I think alot of the people that are “expressing their opinion” (whatever, LOL) in regards to Zanessa being fake are thwarted by some Hollywood couples. I’m not quite sure which one is fake and which one isn’t nowadays, I can only guess. But see, that is the word right there ins’t it? “Guess”

But from what I’ve seen and read, all their body languages and the way they look at each other….and these pix are candids… that’s not fake at all. Take the HI Pix for instance… people say that was marketing… look, they were out in public, with bystanders all around them. Wouldn’t someone come out and say they took the pix and posed for them? While claiming that they had no idea that there were cameras around? Then, they still kept hush hush about the whole thing, choosing not to comment on it. I’m sorry, but if they were marketing, they would jump at the chance of saying they are a couple.

Now, it’s inevitable that they show affection… why deny it now when it’s out in the open?

Loved the photo’s and thanks for finding them and posting them, you can still see that smile has a big smile onhis face when he’s close to Vanessa and seems to be keeping a tight hold on his lady.

Loved the video two of them plus Ashley and Corbin nice to see them all out and about, and it was nice to see Zac and Vanessa walking off the court holding hands and contiuning to feel comfortable with PDA, to me all I see is a young couple who are really connected to each other in so many ways and are comfortable with each other.

I like Karen know people who got together young and are still going strong and just like with Zac and Vanessa I don’t suppose they thought they would when they got together but nobody can tell what’s going to happen the future so Zac and Vanessa are seemingly just enjoying being together and working on a relactionship that means a lot to both of them and where it leads to only time will tell and how much they want it to again just like any other couplke would.

I’ve been with my husband for nearly 21 year’s and can honestly say that when we first got together neither of us knewor expected it to last this long and have 3 kids together but we’re still together despite some up’s and down’s we got through them as a couple and worked them out, and I have always said that Za and Vanessa are probabl;y no different all couples and relactionships have their ups and downs but it’s how you deal with them is what matters’.

The main thing is that their living in the now and enjoying doing that and being back together so good for them. What ever happens will happen.

This might seem a little odd, but please hear me out. Over the weekend I had a family emergency where I had to fly home. My family member is okay (still in the hospital) but things were touch and go for a while.

My point is, LOVE got me through it. Unfaltering, wholehearted love continues to help push me. I see these pictures and can’t help think, In the grand scheme of things, in the “bigger picture” instead of wasting time berating two people we don’t know, let’s do something different. Love a little more. When’s the last time you told your father, your mother, a sibling, even your best friend that you love them? I love that picture of V, Z, Ash and Corbin. Oh, their such good friends in real life, it’s amazing, and as Zac said, it’s not often you continue hanging out with people you’ve worked with after you finnish shooting, and he’s happy that with the HSM gang they do hang out even when they don’t work and/or have finnished the project, it shows that the chemestry and friendship we see from the gang on screen is real.
