AWWW they’re sooo adroable.. they really are the perfect couple and are soooo cute together.. :) Go Zanessa… I watched the game on T.V and it showed them several times.. :)

Omg, Marcie is so lucky. Her daughter and her actually met Vanessa, and she was really nice to them. That’s so exciting. Zac and Vanessa look fabulous, but Ashley looks kinda weird, and really pale. Maybe it’s just the lighting and where the camera is.

so you’re basically saying their popularity all comes from HSM? it may be w/ some people, but do you think we come here every day beacause of HSM? i’m actually not a big fan of the movie, just of some of the actors like zac & vanessa. if you’re saying the only thing people admire in them is the movies they make, you’re WAYY off. HSM is the movie that, technically, discovered them. when HSM first came out i was about in 6th grade, so of course i was a fan. but by the time HSM 2 came out i grew out of it. the reason i loved HSM so much was because of some of the actors & the songs, not necessarily the plot. i’m not saying the plot was bad, but the things/people that grabbed most of my attention were zac, vanessa, lucas, corbin, their talent, & the fun & sweet music. they’re all doing their seperate things. Vanessa & Ashley have done very well with their first albums, & are currently working on their sophomore ones. I’m not sure how Corbin’s album did, but I liked it; & nevertheless he made one. I think I heard somewhere that he’s supposedly making a new one, but i may be wrong. speaking of corbin, i also heard he’s got a movie/s coming up. vanessa completed “Will” & Ashley has a couple of movies lined up, as well as Lucas. Zac has about two movies coming out, & you can’t forget about HSM 3. he’s had a pretty darn succesful career until now, & i’m sure that won’t change for a while, considering his huge popularity OUTSIDE of HSM. & monique, as we all know, is currently working on HSM 3. so sarah, it may be a while until “all the fame and popularity they have will disappear”. so you basically lied by saying that statement is true. you sound like some physco fortune teller to me trying to rip people off. or just some physco hater. go get lost in your pitty & hatred, & find a new hobby.

theyll have other movies. if u knew nething, ud know that zac, vanessa and the rest of the cast are getting tons of movie and music offers. in fact, it wasnt just hsm that made zac uberly famous, it was hairspray. and it wasnt just hsm that made vanessa uberly famous, it was her music. its a shame ur 2 blinded by ur own stupidity and hate to see it, but THATS the truth. hsm was just a push for other things, but once their done with it, theres gonna b more. get used to it. :D

You’re right in that we don’t know what is going on, but along that same line, we don’t know what is real and what is being done as publicity to keep HSM and the Troy/Gabriella romance in the spotlight to generate buzz for the movie. I’m not saying that Zac and V aren’t in a relationship…once again we don’t truly know the extent of their feelings for each other or what goes on when the cameras are off. I’m saying that we need to realize that Disney is a powerful company that may have more control over the Zac/Vanessa relationship than what some people would like to think. Plain and simple, Disney is after $$$ and Zanessa and pictures of them, etc. is a huge moneymaker.

Sarah, I gotta agree with you. Unless they break the HSM typecast they will always be known as ‘those people from HSM’. I think Zac already started to break it with Hairspray and will only continue to do so with 17 Again and Me and Orson Welles. It remains to be seen how the other cast members will overcome that typecast.

When I see something w/ zac on/in it I think “Zac Efron”. & when I saw Vanessa’s CD in stores I thought “Vanessa Hudgens”, which I will think again when I see her sophomore albums in stores. See, I differ with you in opinion on that narf. I don’t think off screen couples are off limits to them. Now I’m not saying with 100% certainty that Zac and Vanessa are a publicity stunt but I’m not totally discounting it either. I guess I don’t see why people have such a hard time believing that there is a possibility that a couple could be together for publicity reasons. Hollywood is a powerful place with a certain image to portray. It’s happened before and I have no doubt it will happen again.

But, if Zac is happy with his life at the moment, then as a fan of his I say more power to him.

But that must all be a publicity stunt. Now that you mention it, every time V & A go shopping, Zanessa has a date, when they step outside, its all just one big hoax. Please people, get over yourselves. Yes, MOST of their fame is because of HSM. Key word there being most. Ashley was on Suite Life, in Donnie Darko, and numerous other tv shows BEFORE HSM. Zac was on Summerland and other tv shows BEFORE HSM. Vanessa was in Thunderbirds and Thirteen BEFORE HSM. Now just because you didn’t know them then or didn’t realize that they had lives and acting careers before HSM is not anyones problem. Some people knewthem before HSM. that being said, the reason that EVERYONE knows who they are now and that they are household names is because of HSM. They had lives and careers before it so they most certainly will after it is all over.

So instead of just making up stuff, maybe you should just state your opinion, even if it says you don’t like them (though I don’t know why you would even waste your time) and just let them be. There are people too. I guess their happiness is just too much for some people. Though I’m glad they look like they’re having a blast. I think the most likely scenario in all of this is: Zac and Vanessa are genuinely good friends and Disney asks them to go along with the illusion that they may be a real life couple while they are working for Disney, as it really heats up the gossip sites and is good for future ticket sales.

They both have either said or alluded to the fact that they are too young and inexperienced to be thinking they are with a partner for life….they are just enjoying the growing-up experience….

Lanie and Dave I agree with you both. Just beause there are people that post on this site that are not die hard Zanessa fans that does not give the Zanessa fans a right to bash a person character. Niether Dave or Lanie bashed Zanessa they just stated facts. Nobody would have really paid that much attention to a relationship between Zac and Vanessa if it hadn’t been for the HSM franchise. Like Lanie said we do not know what is real with there relationship and what is not. The Zanessa fans see things one way the non Zanessa fans see things completely differently does it make either of us wrong no because nobody but Zac and Vanessa trully goes on with them. First of all, there is no need to jump on Dave for defending me. He is not trying to play the hero, he was simply coming to my defense, which I appreciate very much. Thank you Dave!

Secondly, I do not appreciate being called negative for expressing my opinion. I will admit to saying one negative thing in my very first post; I told myself that I would never stoop to that level of negativity and I did. It’s not exactly something I am proud of. However, I do not feel the rest of my posts were negative, they were simply expressing a different opinion or looking at things from a different perspective. I guess I just choose to analyze things a bit and look at things differently. If that makes me a bad person then so be it, but it is not something I will apologize for. Just like I wouldn’t expect all the Zanessa fans to apologize for supporting Zac and Vanessa. I didn’t realize that differing opinions, when given in a respectful way, were not welcome here. At the end of the day, it’s Zac’s life, and as a fan of his, as long as he is happy that’s all that matters.

i haven’t said anything anti Zanessa in my post at all. I just thought it was unfair for you to show lanie no respect when she didn’t actually Bash Zanessa just made a statement of fact about where the publicity of their relationship started. Maybe other anti zanessa posters would have more respect for you if you didn’t jump on them all as soon as they say something you don’t all agree with.

personally at the start i just came on here to say i thought that this latest Zanessa sighting was sweet but then i saw the post directed at lanie and thought it was just rude and to be honest that attitude from you put me off and it makes zac and Vanessa look bad too if you are so neagtive to everyone.

i’ve heard it said before from posters on here that it is not actually the couple of zanessa that annoys the none zanessa shippers the most, its the attitude of the Zanessa shippers and their treatment of others. I agree, canwe just get back to what the thread is actually about. Vanessa, Zac, and Ashley! Seriously. I mean, there are always going to be arguing and disagreements but it seems so have gotten blown out of proportion.

Lanie, you’re right. While you may not have said anything negative in your last couple of posts, you did in your first post. That is why people jumped and attacked you. That is how most haters are, saying something rude and them going back and saying oh I didn’t mean to be THAT mean. Pathetic. You knew exactly what you were saying and it just seems like you wanted to start a fight. But I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and not go all crazy on you, because people do sometimes “act out.” I don’t think you stating your opinion is wrong at all because you certainly have a right to but you first post was anything but nice.

Dave, I just lugged at your last post where you said nobody even asked you how you felt about Vanessa. LOL so true. I think that you trying to defend Lanie was in the right place because some of the responses did seem little harsh but her first post wasn’t right.

I agree with you completely! Now I love Ashley just as much as Vanessa and I don’t get why people feel that they cant support both of them. News flash…….YOU CAN!! I promise, its ok, LOL they are two different people. While they may be bestdriends and share some loves like Christian louboutin shoes and cute cardigans, they have different tastes.

That being said, I do wish Ashley would get a little bit more recognition, ESPECIALLY when she’s standing RIGHT NEXT TO VANESSA. I’m just glad that we have pictures though!!

It was nice to see some new photo’s of Zac and Vanessa and looking like they were having a good time.

As for the kiss it was cute but it was really quick so although it is unusal for them to do that in public at the end of the day they are a couple of nearly 3 year’s and Vanessa will be 20 this year so maybe they are both getting more comfortasble to show some PDA in public but also they were on a night out so if they want to kiss, hold ahnds that’s fine, it’s not like it was a big make out session with hands going everywhere for the public to see like some fans would like becuase that’s not gonna happen, sure they are both private about their relactionship but the odd kiss now and again when they feel like doing it for their benefit and nobody eles’s is okay.

And they just look really happy to be there, and it was nice they all got to see their mother’s for mother’s day.

It´s very difficult for a lot of people believe in real feelings in the Hollywood world,because it´s easier believe in marketing people.
It’s so sad see young people just lost the hopes and magic of the life: love and friendship.
We can be dissapointed if Zac and Vanessa just be publicity (i don´t think so) but we FEEL that it could be possible, and this is the important thing: our emotions, but positive ones.

Sounds like you re gettin all bent out of shpae, not us. Now, I understand that Zanessa is extremely popular and gets slot of attention. But sometes, it just doesn’t seem fair to Ashley. I mean, in this case, jared kind or worded it weirdly because Zac Vanessa and Ashley were celebrating mothers day together. If he had just posted about the basketball game it would have been different because it was mainly focused on Zac and V, not Ashley. But in other threads, there are a lot that are just about V and Ashley and jared only puts down Vanessa’s name in the title and that just isn’t fair. I love Ashley just as much as Vanessa so I think that Ashley should get her fair share of recognition. She deserves it just as much as Vanessa does.
