Zanessa Celebrates Mother’s Day
High School sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens share a laugh together as they watch the showdown between the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Lakers in Game Four of the Western Conference Semifinals during the 2008 NBA Playoffs at EnergySolutions Arena on Sunday in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ashley Tisdale (pictured below) was also present at the game.
Earlier in the day, Zanessa celebrated Mother’s Day with a brunch at a restaurant in Utah. Present at the brunch was Tizz, her parents, Vanessa’s mother, Gina, and V’s little sister, Stella. New High School Musical castmate Matt Prokop was also there.

Zac and Vanessa look so cute here. I love their big , bright smiles. You can tell they are really happy to be together. I wish them all the best. Glad to hear also , that they were able to spend Mother’s Day with their Mom’s and that Ashley was there too.

Awww another love-fest for the cameras…nice. Or not.
I have a hard time believing they kissed. Especially when Zac, who has said he likes to keep his personal life private, won’t even admit he’s dating V. But they’d kiss in a public place when they know cameras are around. I don’t think so.
And yes, their popularity comes from HSM. Well V’s does (Zac is also known from Hairspray). If they weren’t part of a hugely successful Disney film, no one would give a crap about their relationship and go to such lengths to find info about them,

Oh look, another know-it-all trying to prove that once again, they know everything and we don’t. Honey, save your crap for people who actually care. Truth is, none of us really know what’s going on, but that doesn’t mean we’re being duped into believing in something that’s not true.
Don’t be an idiot. No one here’s denying they are popular because of HSM. It’s obvious if it weren’t for that movie, they wouldn’t be known. So why do people like you keep trying to prove something everyone knows is true. Yes, High School Musical MADE them popular, but it’s not necessarily going to be what KEEPS them popular. There is a difference.
Here’s a crazy idea, why don’t you come back to us when you’ve got something worthwhile to say, ok? Wonderful.

you are ****ing ridiculous! are you as ridiculous as you write?? you obviously don’t know anything about HSM or the actors! ‘they are famous because of three movies of disney channel”? newsflash! every famous celebrity started off somewhere! it’s like saying they started off a tv show, or jordin sparks started off American Idol! they had to start off somewhere! & what a good place to start! Now it’s time for me to play fortune teller! Let’s see. Well I predict that by the time HSM 3 premiers their movies will do very well, such as Hairspray did. I also predict people offering them lots of new roles. I also predict Vanessa & Ashley making new albums. And this will go on & on. Hey - at least my predictions are buyable & realistic. Yours, on the other hand, are freaking pathetic! Just like you! As for them being bad actors, that’s your opinion. Though, I’m not saying I agree w/ you. I also don’t see what is so “bad” about their acting. You want to see real bad acting? Go check out “The Hottie And The Nottie.” As for their fame being based on their relationship, I recall HSM being way popular before Zanessa even started! As for their looks, I actually, surprisingly, agree w/ you that, that may be a big part of their fame. But saying they don’t have talent is ridiculous! Someone may have more talent in a certain area than another, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have talent! If you don’t like them don’t read about them or watch or listen to their stuff & keep your hatred to yourself. Or, as I always say, go write your pitty in a journal!

And yes, they were “discovered” on HSM, but have both moved on to other projects. ALL actors are discovered somewhere, so why is this so difficult for all of you to grasp??
Why can’t people enjoy a nice young couple who don’t act like trash, sleep with every other actor in Hollywood, and actually look like they enjoy being together??? The negative comments are just nuts. You people need to learn to be romantic again. This world has gotten too trashy,cynical, and rude for my taste!!

Why is everyone so OBSESSED with a disney couple? I mean sure they’re cute, famous and are ok actors. i don’t want to sound like a B****. But everyone’s like “OMG they KISSED!” or “Somebody plz plz plz post the video!!” I honestly don’t get what the big deal with them is. But i would have liked to see them together to see what the big deal is about.

now that is just darn right rude. Lanie was not insulting you personally was she? does Zanessa really mean that ,much to you? that you have to take it as a personal insult. i think your comment was un called for.
Lanie was just stating her opinion that zanessa’s relationship wouldn’t be so in the public eye if they hadn’t of first got fampous for being in HSM and well that is true isn’t it? for one they might not of met if they hadn’t been in that so no zanessa and two if HSM hadnt been so popular no one would have none about zanessa so much, i think it is fair to say that the massive public interest in them as a couple was a direct result of HSM … if they hadn’t have become popular through that maybe no one would really no who they are?
i’m not bashing zanessa at all. there is a kiss and that is lovely for all you zanessa shippers but there is no need for such rudeness. it was uncalled for.
