Miley Cyrus Debuts 7 Things

Miley Cyrus debuted her latest single “7 Things” Tuesday morning on the syndicated radio show Elvis Duran and the Morning Zoo.

In ‘7 Things,’ Miley describes the pain of a recent breakup, listing seven things she “hates” about her ex: “You’re vain, your games, you’re insecure/You love me, you like her/You make me laugh you make me cry.”

The 15-year-old Disney sensation then sings about seven things she likes: “Your hair, your eyes, your old Levi’s/And when we kiss, I’m hypnotized/You make me laugh, you make me cry.”

I think this song is amazing, and I definitely agree with vahnumba1fan. With this album, she’s really starting to step out of her Disney image, and create a new one for herself.
I don’t think only 5 year olds like her. She has a huge age range that goes up until some people in their early 20’s.
Miley’s great, and I’ll always support her!

First of all,
I really don’t like Miley.
And well this song, yeah sadly its probably about Nick. Yeah thank goodness they are done. I heard they got in a fight! The Jo Bros are way better than her, especially Nick.

To answer the question: No, it’s not woth buying the album. I’ve listened to the song for, like, 15 times already, I don’t like it that much. It’s kinda boring, and she can’t sing.

Okay so I am so in love with this song already, but my favorites are “Full Circle” and ” Don’t walk away”, and I think she is a great performer, Im gonna be 20 the same day she turns 16. and my friends adn I love ehr song See you again, but her new album is so going to be as huge.. Hope the best for her.. and # 58 …61 is partly right, Vanessa’s voice is too chessy, Im not a big fan of HSM, & the only good singer they had was Drew, and Vanessa is not the best singer ever I prefer Hilary Duff who actually has a good presence, over her or Ashley Tisdale.. and Miley’s voice is not cheesy, she still needs a bit of coaching on details but he has pretty good vocals, plus V is more of an actress were I see Miley more like a Performer, and Miley ’s audience is growing a lot, in age and numbers, and Ashley is not a fake, she is probably more original than you!! and also , they don’t really play many of her music on Radio Disney my sis is 14 and likes her, but they just play 1 or 2 ashley songs and all of Vanessa’s , Ashley music is more mature which is probably the reason her audience is older… But Vanessa really she is 19 adn Miley 15 Miley get’s the bigger audience, she is big out of the kids world

i don’t see where this “cheesy” stuff came from. #61 said Vanessa’s not original, not that her voice is “cheesy”. I don’t see how Vanessa’s voice is “cheesy”, or nevertheless how a voice can be “cheesy”. tell me now… what is so “cheesy” about her voice?? at least she doesn’t go around saying “Sweet Nibblets!” or singing crappy songs (*cough*7 Things*cough*). If anyone’s “cheesy” it’s Miley. All she is, is juvenile: her voice, show, songs, style. Hilary Duff isn’t a good singer at ALL! Her songs are good, though. Which is the only way she survived the music bizz… not to mention her fans. HILARY is more of an actress than a singer, NOT Vanessa. If you haven’t noticed, all the movies Vanessa did are MUSICALS. & just yesterday me & my friends were driving home from the mall, & 7 Things came on the radio. Everyone in the car absolutely hated the song! My mom & my classmates love Sneakernight (Vanessa’s new single.) Vanessa can sing better than Miley, Hilary, & Ashley put together. Not to mention she’s WAYY more naturally pretty than all of them put together. She also has a personality, unlike *cough*some*cough* of them. They play Vanessa’s songs on Radio Disney, because she doesn’t sing about clubbing or about supposedly girls being jealous of her, unlike Ashley. If Ashley’s songs were clean, they’d play all of them too. If you didn’t know, Come Back To Me & Say OK by Vanessa Hudgens were mainstream radio. Just because you don’t like HSM doesn’t mean you should trash Vanessa OR Ashley. If you haven’t noticed Miley’s “big audience” are all 5-13 year olds. Just because you like her doesn’t mean she has a big older audience. Maybe you should go on the Vanessa, Ashley, & Miley threads & see who has more fans & older fans.
