Mischa Barton arrives at the Nice airport with her pup Ziggy, in France on Tuesday.
Mischa arrived around the same time as Bar Rafaeli, Leo DiCaprio’s model girlfriend, who will both participate in the 61st Cannes Film Festival.
Cannes, the world’s biggest film festival, opens on Wednesday with Blindness, a movie by Brazilian director Fernando Meirelles. It ends on May 25.
Madonna, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Penelope Cruz are all expected to attend the event.

#14 don´t call me a fat tart and #16 you´re so right, me too! I do modeling as a job and look out for VIP´s to improve my style - but Mischa is a absolute No Go! So she was in Australia, last week in NY and now Europe. Certainly i could not afford that but whatever - i live in Manhattan Beach near L.A. and I look so much better! So perhaps #14 you should be the jealous one.

Um, actually she isn’t prettier or thinner than most of us sitting behind the computer. Most of the readers are under 24, and actually watch their diet and work out. Mischa has never had to work out and now its catching up with her. I am nearly 25 and haven’t had time to work out in over a month cause of my godawful programming class, and yea NOW i look worse than her (barely) . But seriously, she is a lazy, desperate for publicity fugly chick. This is what you get for relying on your looks and having NOTHING else to merit your success. Get on a treadmill. Get a bong installed on it.
