Angelina Jolie: Twice the Cannes!

Angelina Jolie (in Alberta Ferretti) arrives at the Carlton Palace during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday in Cannes, France.

Shoes by 9 West, sunglasses by Ferragamo, jewelry by Bulgari.

These pictures were taken moments before Angie officially announced that she was having twins. This happened while she and Jack Black were being interviewed for their new animated film, Kung Fu Panda.

“Yeah, yeah, we’ve confirmed that already,” Angie said. “Well, Jack [Black]’s just confirmed it actually.”

Congrats Brad and Angie! I am very happy to hear the confirmation about the great news. Believe it or not The pshyic I asked earlyer this month told me they are going to have twins and they are girls. Who knows! he is could be right on the sex of the babies too.Anyways , whatever they going to have I am very happy for them.

UPDATE: My local news that carries “The Today Show” just showed a clip of the actual interview. It seems that Jack Black was just joking with Angelina about having as many kids as the Brady Bunch. He did not know himself, he was playing because when Nancy asked her she said yes, we confirmed it and Jack said really? He went on to sort of apologize for breaking the news in a shy kind of way. He was just as surprised.

Maybe Angie was just ready to tell it anyway and decided to just go with it. She and Brad may have decided ahead of time that if it came up during any of the Cannes press they would go ahead and confirm it is twins. I dunno, just speculating.

1. Changeling
Director Clint Eastwood, last represented at the festival with Mystic River in 2003, offers a period drama set in Los Angeles in 1928. Angelina Jolie stars as a mother whose young son disappears while she’s at work, only to reappear mysteriously a few months later. But is this boy really is her child?
2. Blindness
Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo star in an apocalyptic drama about what happens when people suddenly lose their sight due to a plague. Fernando Meirelles, the Brazilian director who rocketed to international success with City of God and then made The Constant Gardner, directed.
3. Che
Benicio Del Toro dons a beard and beret to play Ernesto “Che” Guevara, the medical student-turned-revolutionary who fought alongside Fidel Castro in Cuba. 4. Vicky Christina Barcelona

5. Two Lovers
Joaquin Phoenix portrays a depressed young man who, after moving back in with his parents, becomes involved with two women (Gwyneth Paltrow and Vinessa Shaw). This is Phoenix’s second film with director James Gray; their earlier collaboration, We Own the Night, had its premiere at the Cannes film festival last year.

To add to what I just said, maybe she was just so busting with happiness that she just couldn’t hold the news in any longer. She looks radiantly happy to me, and if she wanted to tell then I certainly don’t blame her.

And I am glad she is wearing these long dresses everywhere she goes these days, because you know these sleazy paps are doing their level best to shoot up a pregnant lady’s dress. They have no shame, and judging from how she is having to get out of the car in pic #1, I know if her dress was shorter some pap would have his camera down on the pavement trying to get a crotch shot, the low life.

Nope, not a peep anywhere about a due date. I wouldn’t even try to guess. I like to be surprised when it happens. I remember being so extatic when I heard of Shi’s birth.

oh accesshollywood just showed Angie and she told how kids think about her pregnancy.she told Zee think she has a pig there and Pax think she has monkeys there and Maddox knows about pregnancy and Shi is too small to understand what is going on.I think it is freaking cute.she looks so happy and cute.

i think princess Z will love to have more two brothers. She will think that they are a dolls, and she wants to a “second” mummy for them, Pax will strange a lil bit, but he will love, Mad is the big brother, he will protect, and Shi, i think that she will have a lil bit of jelous, but she will like, too.
All the kids will love to these brother, but Z will dominate the group, she will play the “mummy”.
I love this family :)+

Thanks, with everything moving so fast - I couldn’t tell if I missed something. LOL at alia wishing for June 27 - hope she gets her wish. I hope everyone remembers that multiple births don’t go full term (40 weeks) and sometimes incur complications. So we should all say a little extra prayer. LOL - I am preaching to the choir on that one aren’t I? you would know better than any of us “singles”.

OMG. It is true. My forecast was wrong of just one baby. Anyway, the tabs will cliam their righteous headline: I told you so since their wild guess came true, unless someone from the obgyn office leaked this information. Thank you, thank you JJ a million times. This is the best news ever. NOW, will they be 2 girls, 2 boys, one of each? Come on Doctor’s office, give us a clue. Or let us watch if Jane Pitt will be shopping for pink or blue outfits. LOL.
