Cate Blanchett strikes a fierce pose in Armani Prive during the opening ceremony and the screening of Brazilian director Fernando Meirelles‘ film Blindness at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Wendesday in Cannes, France.
The 61st edition of Cannes, whose jury is led by Sean Penn, has a strong Latin American contingent, with Brazil’s twice Oscar-nominated Fernando Meirelles opening the festival with his philosophical thriller, Blindness.

OMG!!! She looks absolutely divine!! That dress is gorgeous beyond comprehension and really goes well with her skin tone. Cate is a fashion goddess-no one does it like her imo! And the woman just gave birth, it’s insane!!

she’s fab darling, we girls love her and obviously the industry loves her because she’s in everything and still manages to pop out a kid and run a theatre company. Fierce……..this is what we are talking about fab women like Cate, Charlize, Kiera, Kate Beck, etc…They are the IT women in the industry. Cate has only scratched the surface.

Classy? America is what made her classy. Google her old pictures from 1999 and you will encounter an Australian HICK lol wearing jeans and short shirts and looking hick-ish. And she is part American too so I am not being racist.
