X and Putrid are cut from the same cloth. Putrid misses the same thing X misses - being Brad’s girlfriend got her better scripts than she was getting on her own. After Brad dumped her she did Shakespeare in Love and won an Oscar. But do you know HOW she got that script? She STOLE it from Wynona Ryder’s apartment. She and WR were good friends. She was staying at WR’s NYC apt for a few days, saw the script on WR’s desk…called her agent and asked him to get her a reading for the role. I can’t remember if WR had already turned the role down or not, but Putrid took the script from her apartment without telling her. I haven’t seen Winona and Putrid together in donkey years. Golly…I wonder why.

And of course it’s long been rumored that to secure the role in SIL she blew the incredibly gross Harvey Weinstein. After SIL she thought great scripts would come flying her way and it hasn’t happened. These last 5 or 6 years she’s reverted to pimping Brad’s name to get free PR. She’s just as desperate and pathetic a famewh#re as X is.

BTW - for those who are going to ask how I know about the SIL script and WR…it’s not that big a secret. The story has floated for years. Google it - Winona Ryder/ Shakespeare In Love script or Gwyneth Paltrow/ Shakespeare In Love script. That should turn up lots of interesting hits for you…

I think Paltrow belongs to the ‘elite’ because of her daddy’s connections and of the Spielbergs, and also winning the Oscar. But she is not a very popular actress, But in a weird way I was glad she had Apple first, which must have touched the nerve of Brad having no babies with the X. It helped him realize, YES it is possible to be a working actress winning an Oscar, AND be a parent which his ex-wife was unwilling and unable.

BTW saw a picture of Jolie-Pitts walking after the show yesterday (at Lainey’s) and in one picture Brad, escorting Angie, is CLEARLY protecting her against the mad crowd blocking them with his arm. He looks so masculine and handsome, the sight of protecting his pregnant woman. Well done, Brad :)

Not to take anything away from Brad’s swimmers but if she’s having fraternal twins then that means it was Angie that was the super fertile one - she released two eggs that cycle instead of one. Swimmers always number in the millions. This time they had two targets.

That was a joke about Brad’s swimmers. The Fanistons always say maybe Brad was shooting blanks and that’s why X didn’t get knocked up. I was just needling them that there’s obviously nothing wrong with Brad’s swimmers. They just swam in the opposite direction of X’s eggs…back-stroking like a mofo, too.

I know some of you don’t care for Lainey - but since she’s in Cannes and has a first hand account going on - does anyone know what she possibly meant by saying “Then there was an ultimate showbiz moment as she and Brad were asked to pose with George Lucas. Everyone kinda stood around in awe”? I thought famous people posing together was the norm on parties like this. What do you guys think?

I read Lamey’s account and for a change she didn’t annoy the hell out of me.

Anyhoo - to answer your question, I assume she meant it was an ultimate HW moment because it was George Lucas. It’s like if Clint Eastwood asked for them to take a pic with him…or who was it at the SAG Awards? I can’t remember right now - some HW legend.

Also, Lucas doesn’t do the chicken circuit much. He doesn’t do parties. He doesn’t get photographed much. He’s not someone who circulates in the biz a lot. He does his own thing and PEOPLE COME TO HIM wanting things…not the other way around. So for him to request that Brad & Angie take a picture with him was almost like a validation that they’re the unofficial King & Queen of Hollywood.

I love how Brad and Angie cause a conmotion WHEREVER they go! they truly are International MOVIE STARS and Hollywood’s Royal Couple! :-)

Brad and Angelina both look fantastic—she’s absolutely radiant, and he is just plain yummy! :lol: I’m so happy about the twins. Imagine how wonderful this must be for Brad and Angie……….I’m sure they’re both over the moon. Four gorgeous kids, and now two more on the way. Double the joy. :-)

I haven’t been at JJ’s in a while—-hope everyone’s doing well. :-)
