Clay Aiken’s iPhone Walk and Talk
American Idol runner-up Clay Aiken chats on his Apple iPhone as he strolls along Montana Ave in Brentwood, Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Clay looked summery in his linen blazer and leather sandals as he went to have lunch with friends at Louise’s.
His latest album, On My Way Here debuted this week at #4 with 94,071 units sold this week. Clay’s previous album, A Thousand Different Ways, started at No. 2 in 2006, with the much larger sales of 211,000.
Clay has said On My Way Here represents the last five years of his life, but that he didn’t write any of the material. He said he’s “not great” at songwriting and that he’d rather “let the people who are experts in that field do what they do, and I’ll do what I do.”

He is drop dead handsome, but I am not a fan of the blond hair or the style. Everything else is just gorgeous, and his voice is stupendous.
Just bought that cd, and every single song is beautifully done. The upbeat ones are terrific, and his voice is so strong on them. His Lover All Alone is excellent, but really wrenching, as is The Real Me.
If he had radio play, his cd would go platinum in a heartbeat. Can’t believe how well he does without it. Talent prevails.

Val, some “genius” Claymate came up with that lame excuse years ago and you people are still using it. Sorry, it doesn’t wash.
To add, Val, Clay himself just a few days ago aked the Claymates not to bombard radio stations. He knows it’s the FANS that have turned off people. Now you need to admit that. That will be a start.

I do not consider myself a “claymate”. I consider myself a fan of Clay Aiken. I agree there are some over the top fans but you can say that about ANY celebrety from Sinatra to Elvis to Timberlake. But what do you call people like some of you that do nothing but get on websites and bash either Clay or his fans?! If you think his fans are crazy why do you lurk on websites just waiting to say horrible things?! Its much better to be positive about things so why don’t you get on websites of people you like and give them positive feedback?! It amazes me that there are some people who would rather be vindictive and mean then nice. As i said before some of you sound like nothing but adult bullies

Uh, Connie, I am a fan of Clay’s, just not a fan of the rabid Claymates. I’m here for the same reason the rest of you are, to see his photos, which, I might add, are extremely nice. If you notice, I haven’t said anything bad about Clay on here. When the Jamie nonsense starts, or the Tyra nonsense, or the Jenny nonsense, or the sweater girl nonsense, on and on, it’s really sickening.
Gaaaahhh…He is so HAWT I can’t take my eyes off him. I think I’ve looked at those pictures of him a million times…but he’s so worth it. What a Star. He doesn’t even have to try and he is the sexiest man on earth. He’s got it all and what a personality. He also has a foundation that helps children with Autism and he is an Ambassador for Unicef.
Love his new cd. He sure sold those copies too. Everybody should buy this cd. It is the best.

What a cutie!!!!!!!! So Yummy! And Jamie might be more than a relative. She’s not blood - but a cousin through his step-father. I think they make an adorable couple. She’s always with him.
I happen to love the hair, it has grown on me, I am always entranced by his eyes (green as the finest emeralds). His voice is perfection and this CD is just so amazingly good.
I am most impressed with his HONESTY, KINDNESS, LOVE, CARING, and most importantly his abililty to make everyone feel like his best friend if even just for a second, He is a gift from God and is destined flor greatness (for mankind) beyond our wildest dreams.

Clay wrote one song on the CD–it took him 7 months but it’s a real keeper, hauntingly beautiful and sad–Lover All Alone.
These casual pics of Clay just doing his thing in LA just make me smile, so thank you for them!

When was the last time Clay recorded a song that tells of love for a woman? I’m thinking it was on the Measure of a Man CD….before his trouble in the tabloids. Since then he hasn’t used any she, her, or woman in a song he has recorded. The words he wrote in “Lover All Alone” seem to explain why he said in 2003 that he wasn’t gay…..he THOUGHT he was in love, but he was wrong. So…I’m not inclined to ship him with any of these women, especially the usual suspects who all already have a man in their life. Who he chooses to love has nothing to do with how I feel about his music which I love. I’m glad to see him looking happy and relaxed.
Clay looks great here. I really like the new CD, don’t especially care for the David Spade/Keith Urban hairstyle/color but his face is really handsome. Have seen Clay on several TV spots lately and he has a great personality. I have always loved his voice and that God given talent. I agree with several posts here - 1. the Claymates have run off many, many of Clay’s fans 2. those jealous of him spread numerous lies 3.Clay is appreciative of his fans but also embarrased by some of them 4.Clay would do much better if he didn’t have such ‘passionate’ fans 5. he can and would probably love to stand on his own two feet and merits, and most of all - 6. the only mother he needs is his birth mother. The other ‘protectors’ should back off. To those that hate him and more to those that spread lies - what goes around, comes around. To Clay, I wish you only the best. I love the man you seem to be and wish I knew you personally. Also, to me, you are the Idol of our age. Now about those CD sales - ATDW did debut with over 200K and came in at #2 - the no. 1 CD this week only sold 140k - I say blame it on the price gas.

Who cares about iphone. I stopped supporting apple products after horrible experiences with their IPODs. Waste of money.
