In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox’s new series Dirt, Aniston’s driver dropped her off at Kanodia’s office in Beverly Hills.

The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip.
Aniston’s rep confirms the operation. “Jennifer had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” he tells Us Weekly.
Indeed, a source tells Us that Aniston, 37, had wanted to have the nose job for more than a decade.
So why would America’s Sweetheart decide to fine-tune her look?
“Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job,” a source close to the actress tells Us. “She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide.”

Dear ‘topbritzy’ …please don’t make me have to dig up my enumerable files of hella fugly maniston pics with her wrinkly short forehead that has a crease you can plant corn in, and her greasy large pores, and her deep mouth brackets…sure, she’s recently had a deep sand blasting and surgical overhaul, but at the end of the day jen aniston is a 40 yr old man with two raisins for ovaries, and silicone facial features that have all but removed rachel green from the picture…not that she’s even close to being attractive now - to the contrary, NOW, you just see desperation, age, and anxiety in a woman who wants to obliterate her own face. That’s what makes her seem ancient.

I recalled how sad it was listening to her friend Courtney really vent about her fear of aging…I thought it very honest of her…at the same time, you could read between the lines: Cox doesn’t have friends that empower her & age gracefully, she’s got fearful 40 yrolds like Maniston slicing and dicing, trying to stave off time

#238: vicki, all you have to do is put these two in a car and they’ll do it like rabbits. Mr. Pitt can’t help himself when he gets her alone anywhere and Ms. Jolie is like putty in his hands as soon as he touches her. The fates knew what they were doing when they brought this two together. They’re probably enjoying what they’ve started and hoping for more.
