Natalie Portman Joins the Jury

Natalie Portman is bold in blue Lanvin at the screening of Belgian directors Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne’s film Le Silence de Lorna (Lorna’s Silence) at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Monday in Cannes, southern France.

The May 14-25 festival winds up with the awards ceremony for the prestigious Palme d’Or, to be determined by a jury (including Portman) headed by Sean Penn.

The actresses you named are fine, but Natalie is not looking to get her picture takes, she happens to be a judge, it comes with the territory in France

She never looks for publicity
