i haven’t even seen the show yet ..i’m on the west coast. but i know it’s already going to be tough.. they’re both sooo good! i think this season will probly be the closest one out of all of the seasons.. if you think about within each season you kinda knew or slanted towards who you knew would win .. but this one is completely unpredictable.

Voted for cook cause I’m a rock chic and I think he is clever and brilliant but archuleta has an amazing voice. Incredible. Either should win!

actually archuleta has been the most consistent he started the season with a bang, and cook has had some really good performances and hes had a few really bad performances. So its honestly a toss up on whos gonna win.

You just know that David Cook will have a nice career as an artist/musician. Um Archuleta singing ballads all the time? We already have Josh Groban.

Archuleta wins AI but Cook wins publicity wise. DC got so much exposure and he’s very articulate. The media loves the whole “bar tender discovered on AI and makes millions” angle. It’s a great story. Good luck to both

Archuleta dosen’t have the whole package, but I’m sure he’s gonna win because I mean he’s 17 and so goood, woowwww! For me, he’s exaclty like Jason Castro’s type, but he’s just younger so that’s why he’s more popular!
David Cook has to win, bu in any case…he’ll have a better carrear than aww cute little teddy bear Archuleta! Zzzzzzz!!

oh my god david archuleta KILLED david cook.
i thought it was going to be close, and didnt think it was possible that one of them could actually beat the other one SO BAD.
he was amazing, no questions asked.

Does anyone else notice that David Archuleta has zero market value?
His fan base is mostly around ages 10-25, none of whom habitually listen to the kind of sappy ballads he does week after week.

David Cook, however, performs songs in keeping with what is popular.

think about that.
