ugh im sick of Archuleta. once again all ballads, thats all he can sing. Cook at least changes it up and does good.

I am on the west coast but I am def. gonna vote for David Archuleta!! He has been the best since the very beginning. The other David isn’t even that good, ever song he sings he makes it rock even when its not a rock song. . It gets annoying.

David C is amazing. He has done more the enough to show how talented he is! He’s original for one thing, unlike the other David he takes risks and changes it up. He’s not scared to make a ballad into a soft rock song.

My next neighbor walked in while we were watching American Idol. She has never seen this season before. David Cook was singing, and she was so impressed with him that she sat down and watched his performance. Then David A. came on. She looked at me and asked, “Is this a joke?” When I told her “No”; she said that David A wasn’t even in the same class as David Cook and that David A was boring. She basically said exactly what my husband and I were thinking. David Cook’s songs were more diverse and more challenging vocally. Loved David Cook tonight.

Don’t watch this show, ever, I went to the taping, i got there at 10 am, and they said wed get in, so I waited till 4:30 and they still didnt get like 500 people in, and we waited the whole day after saying people would get in, and they still had like 2000 seats left but didnt let people in. so people rioted and cops came and ya. dont watch teh show. fox and american idol producers are nothing but bullshit.

I voted for david a. he is sooo amazing. i don’t care about anyone else’s opinion’s. david a. is fantastic and he had been FANTASTIC every single week. he will always be my american idol, even if he doesn’t win, but i think he will. love u david a!

I alwasy thought that American Idol was about finding a real “find” I mean Daughtry was a “find”, Clay Aiken was a “find” Jennifer Hudson was a “find” and so was Carrie Underwood,

These are people who no one would know about without the show and have gone on to be successful. I would say that this year David Cook is the real “find” of the bunch. No one would really know about him without this show. David Archuletta is almost a pro with all his talent show appearances and pushing from his father, who is a musician and therefore has contacts in the industry already. By making the top 2, I’d say they are both winners.

Archie was such and utter bore from beginning to end. Cook actually showed progression and talent beyond one note ballads.

I dont get you people
you say that archuleta only sings ballad and that he changes the melody to fit his voice. well cook only sings rock and he does change the melody to fit his voice too.
i think both of them are amazing in their own category and that the both deserve to win. however i do like archuleta’s voice better
