look at this picture.she seems more in love with Clint and his wife that she is with Brad.

All these people complaining about a freaking dress. She is pregnant with twin, and in her last trimester. For God’s sake, do any of you how uncomfortable it is to wear tight dress and sit for hours in a tight seat? The babies would be uncomfortable and start kicking frantically. Her tummy clearly grew bigger just between today and KFP’s RC.

She looks dignified and classy.

(Wow I did not know that Eastwood wrote the score for Changeling. My bad if I missed it in one of the articles posted.)

Jolie agreed, saying the film was a “good study of a mother fighting against a city.” In addition to directing, Eastwood also wrote the melancholy, jazzy score for the film. He greeted reporters Tuesday with graciousness and seemed to be enjoying the Cannes limelight.

When asked why he allowed his film to be entered in the official competition, rather than screen more safely out of competition like many Hollywood movies here, Eastwood said simply: “It seems like if you’re going to go to a film festival that has a competition, you might as well be in it. … Playing out of competition is playing it safe.” Eastwood had no predictions about how his movie would fare in the race for the Palme d’Or. “A lot of good films have won, and a lot of good films haven’t. That’s the same case with the Oscars,” he said.

Eastwood, however, has never won a Palme d’Or.

If “Changeling” doesn’t take the top prize, it has a good shot of getting a best actress award for Jolie. And at the least, Eastwood should be in the running for best director. The cinematography is lush, and the sets are jaw-dropping. There’s nary a technical flaw, yet another tribute to Eastwood’s quality and longevity.

On a side note, Amy Adams of “Gone Baby Gone” has an outstanding supporting role as a prostitute who has been locked up in the psych ward with Jolie.

Eastwood, Israeli movie, favourites as Cannes hits halfway

CANNES, France (AFP) — A gripping Clint Eastwood thriller starring Angelina Jolie and a new-genre animated documentary from Israel are shaping up as critics’ favourites for the Palme d’Or prize as the Cannes film festival hits the halfway mark.

Eastwood’s wrenching tale about a mother and her missing son picked up more applause from the critics Tuesday than any of the 11 screened since the world’s biggest film festival opened May 14.

Based on a real-life California story in the 1920s, the film hits out at police corruption and incompetence, mirroring a trend at the festival for movies that play up tough realities and real-life dramas, and often blur the line between fiction and documentary.

“The quality of the films is pretty good,” Kirk Honeycutt, chief critic at Hollywood Reporter, told AFP.

That dress is so unfortunate. It looks like a bedazzled hair salon cape. But her face is gorgeous, as always.

As for Brad, what can I say? Even with the questionable hair-type something going on, I’d still hit it like the rent was due.

I see nothing wrong with women kissing on the lips. But you know Angie’s girly button got all tingly when she smooched Mrs. Eastwood. She’s a big old lesbo.
