The cast of High School Musical 3 is here with a sneak peek at their new feature film!
Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, Corbin Bleu and director/choreographer Kenny Ortega all talked with ABC’s Good Morning America on Tuesday.
Zac shared about coming into rehearsals a few weeks late because he was busy shooting another movie, Me and Orson Welles. Apparently he couldn’t keep up with girlfriend Vanessa: “It was tough catching up with everybody. Vanessa’s tough to keep up with, man. She’s really coordinated. It’s tough.”
But the entire cast seemed to have a hard time!
“I’m still hurting. We’re all kind of limping around,” Hudgens said.
“I think I grew a full shoe size. My feet are so swollen. It’s pretty bad, but it’s worth it,” added Coleman.
“Well, actually, the shoes are comfortable,” Tisdale said. “We had ballroom shoes on and everyone was wearing heels and everybody was like, ‘Argh, my feet hurt,’ and I’m like, ‘Mine are great!’”

I think that hat is Zac’s. If not, it’s very similar to one he wore in some recent candid photos. And it looks nice on her, hats suit her which is a very rare thing. She doesn’t look good on the photo JJ provided because it’s a low quality screen cap taken in the middle of when she was talking - no-one would look good if they had their photo taken like that. In the video, she looks stunning.
None of the cast look bad in any way but Vanessa is truly beautiful and if you don’t see that then you must have incredibly high standards.

Loved the interview it wa nice to see some behind the scenes like they did for 1 and 2 hope we see some more but I don’t think we will see to much so as not to spoil it, but it look’s like it’s going to be amazing, can’t wait.
But my favourite part has to be when Zac talks about Vanessa his face literally lights up with love it’s so nice to see that in a young man these days.
That could be Zac’s hat or not but either way it look’s good on Vanessa I love how she trys different things and not worry about what people say as she said herself she has fun with fashion good for her.

They all looked good but I have to say, Vanessa was simply stunning in that video. She can absolutely pull off any look, classic or bohemian. While I hope all their costumes are better than what we’ve seen so far, for her I’m not really bothered as her costumes cannot detract from her beauty. Loved seeing her with Oleysa. It seems they are better friends than people realised.
It’s really good to see them all having fun together. What a great way to work!

when zac says that vanessa is coordinated, that means she is not clumsy. her arms, hands and feet all work well together. she moves and dances well.

wow…it is sad too see the young people get excited about a “drama” movie, but not as much for the Chrionicles of Narnia. Narnia has so much more to offer, but you guys choose to watch something that does not edify society in any way…. I am still kindof happy for this movie…

I actually agree with you. I love being able to keep up with this gorgeous, loving, free-spirited couple but it is a little tiresome that all of Vanessa’s clothing that is not overtly ‘girly’ (like dresses/shoes/purses/women’s jeans) are automatically Zacs’.
It is so cute when she has in the past worn his garments, and I understand the ‘aw’ factor involved with speculating that maybe she’s wearing something of his. But, I think Vanessa has a wonderful fashion sense of her own- including some accesories here and there that she’s borrowed from her boyfriend.

Jake Gyllenhaal has been crowned the Prince of Persia!
The 27-year-old actor and Gemma Arterton, who stars in the new James Bond film, will take the lead roles in the fantasy adventure, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which starts production in July.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Gyllenhaal will play Dastan, a young prince in sixth century Persia who must join forces with Tamina (Arterton), a feisty and exotic princess, to prevent a villainous nobleman from possessing the Sands of Time, a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.”
Last month, it was reported that Orlando Bloom would take on the role.

Lucy’s Best Day Ever

Yesterday was Lucy’s 8th birthday. When she woke up, we all hopped into her bed. She looked at us and said, “I don’t feel 8!” We laughed and told her that is a pretty common feeling, NOT feeling a year older on your birthday. She got ready for school, sporting her new High School Musical t-shirt, she brushed her teeth with her new High School Musical toothbrush and then opened her present, High School Musical Barbies.
She had a great day at school and thankfully I did remember to drop off donuts to her class. That was a close one!
After school we asked her where she would like to have her birthday dinner. She wanted California Pizza Kitchen. We drove downtown to CPK and found a parking spot right in front. (Which was miraculous) As Aaron parked I looked out my window and noticed a small group of people standing less than 5 feet from my car door. First I recognized Kenny Ortega the director of High School Musical! “NO WAY!! That’s Kenny Ortega!!!” I shouted to Lucy and signed to Leah. Then I realized that Vanessa AKA Gabriella and Zac Efron AKA Troy were standing with him!!! Zac had a hat on and Vanessa had BIG sunglasses, you could tell they were trying NOT to be recognized. “Oh my gosh!! Lucy look it’s Zac and Vanessa!!!!” I threw open my door, grabbed Lucy and walked the 4 steps to stand in front of them. “I am sorry to bother you, but it’s her birthday today and she’s even wearing her HSM t-shirt and got HSM barbies as her gift can we just say Hi?!!!” They said, “Happy Birthday!” and Zac asked Lucy to give him “5″. She did. Kenny started waving at Leah, letting her know it was okay to come out of the car. Leah wheeled forward in her heeleys, white as a ghost with her jaw to the ground. “ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!”, she all but screamed. Zac said, “I like your heeleys!”
We let them know how much we love HSM and are excited for the next one. (They shoot here in Salt Lake City). And you may have recognized “Coach Bolton” in our Signing Time DVD “Family Feelings and Fun”.
Then they quickly made their way through the mall before too large of a crowd formed. we stood their stunned. I realized my legs were shaking. LOL. Lucy looked at us and said, “This is the Best Day Ever!” We had to agree.
After lunch we ran into Kenny again. He stopped Lucy and was talking to her. He had his little Yorkie with him and told Lucy that he loves her name, and when he gets another Yorkie, he is going to name it Lucy.
When I told my sisters what had happened they all asked, “How did you pull that off?” I just laughed, “Oh what we won’t do for a birthday around here!”
We didn’t get pictures with them, but I will be posting Leah and Lucy’s afterglow pictures when we got to the restaurant.

Am I the only one somewhat bothered by that sighting story? Please tell me what kind of person drags a child out of a car, and puts her in front of a celebrity like that? And then expects them to be nice and gush over her child? There are a million children out there who are special and would love to meet them. I think it was completely rude of that mother. And it certainly gives me a good idea of the kind of people these actors have to deal with day in and day out. OMG.

I think that the hat Vanessa is wearing was being worn by Lucas when they are gathered around the piano rehearsing or talking… The next part of the interview is with Vanessa and she has on the hat. I can just imagine her nabbing one of “Ryan’s” signature hats as they goof around. Generally Zac has really good fashion sense but he does not look as fine when he puts on a fedora. Lucas definitely knows how to sport a hat!

It’s lovely to see the Hsm Gang again. I’m like the rest, can’t hardly wait for this movie. For those who think that there are better movies to rave about and go gaga over, I agree with you, but each to their own. It’s just that their characters in particular Gabriella and Troy have spilled over into real life, this is what that makes this movie so appealing especially for the hopelessly Romantics, like myself and the high energy dances and cutesy songs to boot.
This is afterall a thread meant for the fans, for the non-fans kindly go elsewhere for your entertainment, better yet go find a celebrity or celebrities more to your likng and make some positive comments about them to get some positive vibes in your life.
It is hard to draw a line when does a wanting to meet and speak with a celebrity becomes an intrusion. Sometimes in the moment of excitement and overenthusiasm, adrenalin overtakes commonsense.It’s just my opinion.
I wish i could catch this GMA episode in my country tonight…though
it’s just a sneak peek of the filming, i’m still excited for this and them talking about the rehearsal process..
The way i see it, the dances/routines are more tougher than the previous..but i’m sure they are enjoying and having a blast doing the

I don’t want to burst your bubble or anything but what you are wanting most likely you won’t get. People who post their “sighting” experiece do not give personal info like email addresses nor do they respond to requests from fans such as yourself to contact the fan personally. Much of the time you never hear from that person again. They are the “drive-by” type poster.
I have been around these boards quite a while now and there have been more than one posters here on JJ who just happened to be a neighbor of Zac’s and who would post seeing him from time to time. One who shall go nameless stopped posting because people wouldn’t leave him alone and he got tired of questions. Many times these people who post don’t know any more than what they stated in their original posts. So, for you to talk personally to them is not going to get you anymore information than already given. But I believe the sighting you were interested in—and I may be wrong—was posted on the Zefron website.

My son as his Prom coming up in July we live in the UK and they have only recently sarted doing Proms in our schools and when he told me he got asked to Prom I was like ‘aww’ got me thinking how grown up he’s getting and also where have the year’s gone, their also having a year book done which is new too, can’t wait to see his photo in it.
