Disney made a big mistake by not offering the role to Orlando Bloom, and giving it to this guy Jake. Orlando has the experience and can fill the seats in the theater. Disney just plain messed up!!!!!!

molly i could kiss you for that comment , I’M PERSIAN and as a persian girl i know , not orlando , nor jake ( with harsh facial feature , big nose tin lips and small eyes) , they don’t look like persian prince at all , i know the only actor who has fare skin, but with dark soft stright hair and his facial features, and his body shape( remmber him in alexander) which resembles a persian prince,and is so perfect for the role would be COLIN FARRELL, and with him the charactor would be more believable to the audience which should be the main interest, any other actor would be a very big mistake.

don’t pretend your persian, persia ( which they use to call it long long time ago before it split to so many countries because of the arabs and Greek ’s attacks. ) you don’t need to teach me about persian history , i know it all the main thing is do you know,it which i highly doubt.

you asked do i look like iranian or persians,( before arabs and greek and other neighbour’s attack, which used to called persia , people had blond hair blue eyes with no exception, then after attacks, the arabs and greeks each time they attacked they raped women and killd the kids and the men and that’s how the new generation little by little changed in look and they changed from blond and blue eyes to darker hair and eyes color, beacause arabs and greek and other countries who attacked persians had dark hair , skin and eye color).

each time they took a part of persia and persia became smaller and smaller after each attack. finally what left of persia is what they call now , iran, still iranians are mostly white people , with light hair but a small percentage have darker hair because of those attacks.

so when they say persian prince they mean a prince from the time before attacks happend which was not mixed with the arab’s or greek or extr……

so the prince has to have the qualities that a prince had at that time.

to answer your question, no i am one of those that born with blond hair and green eyes and with a very fair skin the same goes with my family,

iranian are not like arab countries or greek or iragi’s or pakastani or afakhanetani , they are different get it through head, either you don’t know it or you’re so jealouse, get over yourself and stop jealousy.
