Nicole Kidman Hits Up Bryan Adams Concert
Nicole Kidman and country superstar husband Keith Urban leave the Bryan Adams concert from West Hollywood’s The Roxy on Sunset Boulevard on Monday.
At Sunday’s Country Music Awards, host Reba McEntire joked about Nicole and Keith, saying, “Last but definitely not least, also nominated for Top Male Vocalist tonight is Keith Urban. And of course, we all know by now that Keith is going to be a dad. Congratulations. I don’t wanna go into all the details about how all that happened. But Nicole Kidman is definitely calling him Entertainer of the Year. Good luck, Keith!” Yuk, yuk!

Oh, she isn’t as well liked in Oz as some would like to believe she is. There is a blog out there about this event from a pap, and he said that they were told they were going to be there. Funny how just a few months ago, she had her driver beat up a pap and then all of a sudden she’s playing up to them and smiling & waving at them. She definately knows how to play the game.
I am not an Australian, I live far away from Australia, but still I saw her film since the beginning! I saw her since she had curly red hair!
She might have not won any Oscar before she got married to TC, but Oscar is not the only award that exists! There are many people who never won any Oscar, like Jeanne Moreau for example, a very good actress, very famous here in Europe!
These are the differences of fame and popularity:
1. The quality or state of being popular; especially, the state of being esteemed by, or of being in favor with, the people at large; good will or favor proceeding from the people; = popularity
2. Public sentiment; general passion. [R.] = popularity
3. Report or opinion generally diffused; renown; public estimation; celebrity, either favorable or unfavorable = fame
Tell me, what is so different about it? These words belong to each other! Just because Nicole had not been famous in USA, it does not mean that she had not been famous somewhere else!
And do you think only by “being” TC’s wife” will get anybody an award?
What happened to Mimi Rogers, than? Get more famous after she got divorced with TC?! Got loads of awards? Got more films offered during the marriage?
As far as I know, Nicole never played victim. She never even said bad thing about TC, except that Tom Cruise is short, well he is! And about coach jumping…I don’t have to say anything about it!

And Angelina does not play the victim!? She’s always whining about how her father had an affair and broke her mother’s heart and abandoned them. She then claims that she has forgiven her father, but the minute they have a disagreement, she drags up the past again, going on about his long-ago love affair which broke her mother’s heart. That is someone who is insecure and needs attention, not Nicole. She is also the one who admitted that she does not love Shiloh, but now makes sure that she is always photographed with her. She even patronisingly refers to her adopted children as orphans, proving that she adopted them for the wrong reasons and does not love them, either. Nicole is the one who is insecure and needs validation?
Funny how she knows just where to look to catch the camera lens.
Funny how that bump looks smaller now than it did on Sunday in Vegas.
She should leave her extensions in after a major event.

Not obsessed Emma, she just makes sure she is in the spotlight all the time so it’s in our faces all the time. And we can’t hate someone we don’t even know. Some of us just find her actions annoying. One minute, she says “I’m not sharing the details of my life” then a movie comes out and she tells us all sorts of secrets. She used to look away from the camera, now she stares right at it with a big smile. Keith wants privacy, she can’t get enough attention.

Fame can be unfavorable, popular means well liked, that’s the difference. You can be famous for an accomplishment, popular means people like you. I also have followed Nicole since she came over here, and she was not popular when she arrived on Tom’s arm. She was known as the ice queen. After all of Tom’s acting coaches worked with her, she started being more than eye candy.
Another good example is that Easter Show they attended this year. Urban is chewing out the photographers while his wife is smiling for the cameras. She made him look like a complete idiot. They are both sending out the opposite message to the paps!
Yes Alfalfa, I have a friend in Australia who said that Keith got reemed in the papers for his actions, but Nicole kept on smiling for the cameras. She encourages them to follow them around, Keith hates it. Definitely a problem for them in the future if they don’t get on the same page.
Nicole Kidman would be nothing without Tom Cruise. She was a D-list actress when she met him and he made her instantly famous and A-list the day he married her. Everybody knows that. That’s the exact same thing he did for Katie. That’s just the way it goes, because he is so famous.
I know Australia is a great country. And there are alot of talented people down there. She isn’t one of them. And all the talented people from Australia always come to America to make their careers. Because Australia is a very small country, population wise, and you can’t make the big bucks without an American career. That includes Keith Urban, who actually IS a very talented musician. She is sucking the life out of him. She’s an ugly woman who uses botox, injects her naturally thin lips with collagen, and dyes her hair and abuses it in all sorts of ways because she hates the looks that God gave her.
She’s creepy. And totally classless. She arranges for these photo ops and then acts all shy and coy when her picture is taken. There is nothing shy or coy about her. She is actually a very cunning, cold-hearted person who would do anything to be famous and has done anything, including making Tom Cruise miserable for 10 long years. You have no idea what she is or is not doing with Keith. You don’t know them. For all we know he could be the one causing trouble. After all, he is the ex drug- and alcohol addict. Not that there is any proof whatsoever that there is trouble.

Which items am am I not being truthful about Wendy, I mean Emma? Pictures don’t lie. When did those earth worms get in her lips? Why did she have an arm full of freckles on Mother’s Day, but her arm was completely white at the ACMS? The lyrics to that song are so cliche’ and the melody - what a joke!

Like I said, just because Nicole was not famous in USA, it doesn’t mean that she was not famous any where else. My respect to Australians, they were more than 10 millions. And she was known by film maker all over the world since Dead Calm (1985) five years before she got to know TC!! And just because some people, like you, did not know her at that time, it did not mean that her talent was not recognized by film makers and film critic!
Exactly Rien, she’s an amazing actress…Stanley Kubrick handpicked her for his last movie but wasn’t thrilled at the idea of Tom being in it at first. And Ann Rice was outraged when they cast TC as the lead in Interview With The Vampire, she didn’t want him in the movie.
In contrast, Nicole has been the inspiration of a lot of directors and writers, Phillip Pullman wanted Nicole in the main role of Golden Compass, he had her in mind when he wrote the book! I’ve never heard of that happening to Tom, quite the opposite (just ask Ann Rice and Stanley Kubrick,).
Tom Cruise reminds me of Derek Zoolander, he has about four patent looks in all his movies.

why are you all so bitchy!? im going to stick with the nature of the article and give props to nicole and keith for going to a bryan adams show. i think hes a wicked artist who has stood the test of time bringing on great classic rock while subtly evolving his sound with every album he releases.
