Okay… I am a Cook AND Archuleta fan, but for some reason that I don’t know… I was disappointed when Cook won. I think that Cook & Archuleta are both equally talented. Yes, they have completely different styles; but they both can sing VERY well. They are also, both, good performers. But hands-down Archuleta had the best performances at the semi-final & finale. They both had very good perfomances throughout the season, but something in my gut wanted Archuleta to win. They both have great careers ahead of them, though, & wish them both the best! :-) CONGRATS DAVID C.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

david archuleta is the better singer and everyone knows it, including the judges. his fans just got too confident and failed to vote enough, and david cook’s fans got scared so they voted repeatedly.
cook is a good singer, and more “american idol” material than archuleta, but archuleta still should have won because it is a singing competition and he is better at it.

I think the wrong David won David Archuleta shoud’ve won he has such a better voice and David Cook alos did that same comercial i saw it during the American Idol commercials Man David Archuleta deserved to win!!

Yay Cookie!!!! I’m so happy for him!! Imean, yeah, i would have proffered little adorable David Archuleta to win, and i was a little upset, but David Cook is really good too and he’s also cute so I’m happy for either one.
