OlderNatalie Portman is a Che Chick
Natalie Portman (in Lanvin) arrives at the premiere of Che at the Palais des Festivals during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday in Cannes, France.
Che is one motion picture showing at Cannes, which runs over four hours long. It’s a combination of both Guerrilla and The Argentine, both directed by Steven Soderbergh (Ocean’s franchise, Traffic and Erin Brokovich). Here are the plotlines:
Guerrilla: After the fall of Fulgencio Batista in Cuba, Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara (Benicio Del Toro) moved on to foment revolutions in Africa and South America, eventually being captured and killed by counter-insurgency rangers in the mountains of Bolivia, backed by the CIA.
The Argentine: In 1956, Che (Del Toro) and a band of Castro-led Cuban exiles mobilize an army to topple the regime of dictator Fulgencio Batista.

she is not that petite, she looks fine in regular dresses, look at the dark navy she wore the day before. I think it is enough with ruffled dresses, now is time for a regular dress.

Actually the dress only looked good because she carries it well - she is beautiful. But I do agree to one of the comments that the purse is a tad large. Natalie, Scarlett & Keira - I reckon they’re the 3 well-respected young actresses of today. They are not tartlets, they can actually act and no need to party every night to get attention.
Those look like real diamonds… it is interesting that once she said that she does not wear diamons or any other that people die for ie: fur, etc.

Jeez, I’m getting kind of sick of so much coverage of her. She’s very pretty yes, but I can’t stand her as an actress and I hate her style! Let’s see more people like Zooey Deschanel and Maggie Gyllenhaal!
