Rose McGowan makes an elegant arrival at amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS 2008 benefit held at Le Moulin de Mougins during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday in Mougins, France.

The 34-year-old actress wore a fantastically painted organza fifties-fantasy ball gown by Dolce & Gabbana.

Mm-mm-perfect!

Looks like the plastic surgery she had done has finally settled on her face. She was looking pretty hagged out a while back, but she got some rest and pulled it together.

She looks good.

she had plastic surgery because she had a very bad accident. she’s 34 people, she didn’t have plastic sugery to look younger. with that being sad, i hope she didn’t have anything to do with the breakup of robert rodriguez’s marriage, not sure that happened there, but elizabeth his wife, and his kids seemed like such a happy, solid fam. elizabeth is an amazing woman who stood by robert for years and gave him such beautiful kids. robert did not seem like the type to stray.
