“The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” Movie Trailer
Here’s the trailer for Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett’s new film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
To refresh your memory, 80-year-old Benjamin Button (Pitt), is born aging backwards, causing complications when he falls in love with a 30-year-old woman (Blanchett).
Director David Fincher said, “It’s dark, it’s romantic, and it also deals with mortality in a pretty unflattering way. Button is born in 1919 - with the film itself beginning in World War I, traveling around the world and carrying on all the way through to the year 2000.”

Hmmmm… Let’s see…which idea came first…F. Scott Fitzgerald’s short story written in 1922…with many script drafts floating around HW for over 30 years because no one could figure out how to make the movie work….or Robin Williams’ “Jack” released in 1996…

Passing Through enjoyed your Star break down. Lies, and more lies. But the reason for this post. Are you posting as PT also now? I know quite a few of us will refer to you as PT when responding to your comments. But have you startomg referring to yourself as PT also?
The CCof BB looks really good. This seems like it will be a repeat of last year when both Angie and Brad were in really exceptional movies and should have been nominated for every award out there. I hope the powers that be will recognize their performances this year and honor them.
And I hope the Oscar Academy learned its lesson last year. GC, and Miley Sirus? are not A list stars and will not have people tuning to watch the Oscars. Peace

Speaking of bombs - When’s Valkyrie coming out? February 2009…or did they opt for straight to VHS?
they have been working on the specialFX for this movie since may of last year!
it’s going to be amazing!, it’s pretty intense.
#25: Well, angel we’ll just have to keep our fingers crossed. Let’s wait for the movies to come out and see them both (also Wanted and KFP). We can more or less be satisfied that they did a good and memorable film rather than silly rom-coms or something.
If they get nominated, well and good. If not, forget the award nights. I will be very busy watching something else on another channel.
