Marcia Cross Debuts New Short Do
Marcia Cross changes up her look, showing off a new short, brunette haircut after leaving the Ken Paves Salon in Beverly Hills on Friday afternoon.
Now that the 2007-08 TV season is over, the 46-year-old Desperate Housewives star must have decided to ditch those long, red locks she had for her character, Bree Hodge.
Desperate Housewives is expected to finish the season on top among scripted shows, with 18.2 million viewers.

NO! I truly hope this is a wig. Marcia´s fabulous red hair is her trademark. This looks ages her, though she is still beautiful.

to be honest…i really really loved her hair in desperate housewives. even though it was all too ‘perfect’, it really suited her! i dont like this at all. im hoping its a wig. i also hope its not the new hairstyle for desperate housewives…not a good look at all
i think this is obviously a wig. you can even see the red underneath and the whole thing just look awkward on her. she would know better than to do this to herself.

even if she cut & dyed her hair she would still be gorgeous - she doesn’t look gorgeous in those pictures & it is because that is a wig. i was thinking something looked odd & then when i looked closer figured it out. she also has a little smurk on her face - i know something you don’t know. i think she is fabulous & classy. her skin is to die for. as saw her at the rogan event at barneys last week & she is even more gorgeous in person. DH was horrible this season but the finale was really good. i wonder how much longer it is going to be on the air. i hope good things are in store for marcia after it ends.

As my sister and others have said, it looks like she’s wearing a wig. Failing that or her hair wasn’t dyed properly and I doubt that would have happened. ;)

when celebs do drastic hair change it’s usually to distract from some plastic surgery - so much attention is focused on their hair change no one notices other things they’ve changed or enhanced.

I agree with number #10. You can see red hair around the ears. I bet she was trying to see what a new “do” would feel and look like, before she made the big plunge. If not, whoever, did the color job, did a lousy one. They should have left her red hair color alone. She looks younger, but the bangs are way too long, and cover her beautiful eyes. they need to be side-swept or something. Brown hair is not for her. A wig? Yes, number 10, I think, so.
