Parents-to-be Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have just purchased a 1,000-acre estate for their growing family in the south of France for $60 million according to E!.
The estate contains 35 bedrooms, a vineyard, lake, forest, moat, swimming pool, billiards room, indoor pool, gym sauna, jacuzzi, and banquet hall. Looks like enough room for the family and then some!
Brad and Angie are expecting twins sometime this summer, adding to Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, almost 2.
“It’s called Chateau Miraval in a village called Brignol, which is near from Aix-en-Provence,” a source tells E!. “And it’s absolutely unbelievable. Brad and Angelina are thrilled, they love the place and have already been furniture shopping to fill the place as it’s massive,” the insider added. “They’ve already spent almost another million on furniture and the whole family can’t wait to move in.”
The Jolie-Pitt clan is reportedly hoping to move in within the next three months.

I can’t belive this! Her life isn’t that eventful. One TV show to talk about then what? No wonder she keeps going back to Oprah! At least she won’t have to talk about her career on Oprah.
Why does all the JA footage go missing? I honestly don’t understand why. Don’t her fans want to watch them? There has to be a few fans left because they keep defending her on the JP threads.

How anyone can think they are good parents is beyond me. Their poor children have been exposed to the best and the worst of things…the best being all the toys they ever want, the worst being the instability that comes with being in a different city/country almost daily.. and the constant camera’s in their faces…not to mention the fact that their parents keep adopting and having babies making each child feel less special and less attended to. Angelina takes far too many risks for a parent of 4 soon to be 6, and Brad should get rid of his motorcycles if he wants to live long enough to see his 35 children grow up. I mean he has to have 35 now that there’s a room for each kid at his new home in France. And remember, this is just my opinion, and I’m entitled to it…so haters, just ignore it.
EUREKA! I finally found the other story on the house that US Lies Weakly and all the other tabs were claiming they were going to buy while Brad was shooting Tree of Life. Remember - the tabs claimed they’d wanted to buy the house last summer, but they rescinded their offer when they found out Brad couldn’t build a track for his motorcycles. US had pix and everything…and then the people who lived there said no offer had been made and the house wasn’t even for sale! LOL. So the current house is the FOURTH house they’ve supposedly bought in France. Where’s Chicken Little? This smells like his handywork….

Buzz up!Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and their brood may be saying bien-venue to France!
The duo – who set up a temporary home in Namibia in 2006 in anticipation of the birth of Shiloh, 21 months – have made an offer on an 850-year-old stone house in Eygalieres, in the country’s Provence region, a real estate source tells Us Weekly, in its latest issue, on newsstands now.
Pitt and Jolie – who has taken her baby bump everywhere from Texas to Baghdad – originally looked at the $20 million, fully renovated structure (official name: Mas de la Chapelle St. Sixte) last year, the source tells Us, but lost interest when they learned Pitt, 44, would not be given consent to build a motorbike circuit on the five-acre garden.
“As soon as they found out it was now possible, they jumped at the chance,” the source tells Us.
The couple may be eyeing the home as a place to settle after Jolie – whose mother was of French Canadian descent – gives birth to her next baby (she is due in early summer).
Jolie, 32, has had “long conversations” with the American Hospital of Paris about delivering there, a second source tells Us.
“Angelina knows all about our reputation,” says the hospital source. “She is certain she’d be happy giving birth here.”
Jolie has been spending time in Austin, Texas while Pitt films Tree of Life nearby.
On Tuesday, she was spotted piloting a plane with Maddox.

The thing is, chateaus in France aren’t that expensive. You just have to google and look at some lovely chateaus in france going for less than 2 m Euros.
Of course, if the chateaus includes a profitable vineyard, that’s another matter because then, you are buying an on going business. But really, the numbers that the tablies are throwing up is just not what chateaus on its own generally cost. Many a chateau owner in France - even the south of france, must be wetting themselves hoping these numbers are true.

I don’t think Angie and Brad are stupid enough to invest in France. I ran into Angie once in NYC, in a hotel, and she was extremely kind and gracious. She had bodyguards but she insisted that we ride with her in the elevator even though most other celebrities would have bitched and refused sharing. She also smiled and was extremely kind and complimented me lol :)

CLINIQUA, I tried watching the video, but i just really can’t. I never liked that woman, never could understand the popularity she seemed to enjoy, and would have been happy for Brad even if he had dated a tree after the divorce. But thank God he didn’t have to do that, but instead was lucky to snag the beautiful, smart kind and sexy Angelina.
Why is X’s voice always so squeaky? She needs to leave the “sitcom” voice at home when she is doing interviews.
