Kate Hudson Hunts Lance Armstrong
Kate Hudson (in Dolce & Gabbana Resort) sparkles at the big bash thrown by design duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana at Baoli, Port Canto during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival on Friday in Cannes, France.
The 29-year-old actress was seen kissing Tour de France champion cyclist Lance Armstrong at the D&G party. “They were just really into each other,” a VIP partygoer told Us Weekly. “They would look at each other in the eyes and then kiss on the lips. While they were chatting, I’d notice that Lance would have his hand on the small of Kate’s back, or his hand on top of hers.”
Lance Armstrong, 36, was briefly engaged to Sheryl Crow in 2005 before splitting in 2006.

ugh, i like her too and i’m all for having fun but lance is bad news. it’s like from one blonde to the next yeah? i still respect the fella after all he’s done so much but i can’t help but wonder when the whole “oh i’ve only got one ball so please screw me” m.o. will stop working.

Four Q’s, what’s wrong with dating? What is the appropriate time to wait after breaking up with someone before dating someone else? Was she supposed to sit around and whine and mope, wear black, and not date for six months? Especially since this was a SECOND breakup with the same guy, it’s very likely she could see it wasn’t going in the direction she had hoped for a while now, and was quite prepared emotionally to move on.
And yes, in this century, dating between a man and a woman involves sex.
All this fake concern over children you have nothing to do with…. HELLO!! In the real world, divorced parents DATE and kids are not expecting every person their parents socialize with to be their new daddy or mommy. Give me a break.
Probably the kids don’t know the difference between a friend of their parents who is of the opposite sex and the one their parents are dating seriously until it IS serious, and even then, so what? I’ve met plenty of kids of divorced parents and they have a better grip on reality than you all do!
I’ll bet Chris Robinson has had his fair share of women since the divorce. Kate dates all of three people in two years and that is considered bad? For God’s sake — you all act like every date is supposed to lead to long-term bliss, and a woman shouldn’t have a sex life.
Not understanding the hatred for Lance Armstrong. He had a marriage go bad — like MOST marriages — and then dated Sheryl Crow monogamously for three years. She wanted kids, he didn’t, they broke up in a very classy, friendly way. He was there for her during her cancer as a friend, AFTER they broke up.
Now, as a single man, he’s dating. NORMAL. Go out with a few here and there until you find one you want to be with more than any other. That’s how it works, you repressed fools who never get a date!
Kate has probably known Lance for a long time, as she’s been friends with Matthew McConaughey for a long time and he and Lance are friends. The only problem I see is she has said she wants more kids, and unless he’s more ready in the future, that won’t happen with Lance, but most likely they are only dating, having fun, enjoying each other’s company, like ADULTS do. Not every date, not every boyfriend, has to lead to matrimony.
Kate married very young. Time for some fun. Good for Kate if Owen is not stable enough for what she wants right now, or is too brooding and self-involved, as he’s been said to be, then she’s right to move on.
From Sr High to Med School, I went thru the same phase - of getting wild, pain and heartaches, of loosing and winning. I screwed on everything, but 1 - I wanted to be a doctor, if it killed me.
Today, I wouldnt trade my past experiences [bad as well as the good] for anything in this world. Growing pain and triumphs were very much a part of it. At 27, and a Trauma Surgeon, these experiences made me who I am. I am a better doctor because I can relate to human failing - that we are not perfect !
For all that I am, and all I that will ever be - I owe to these growing pain and heart aches. Wishing Kate and her critics the best of those growing pain.
She jumps from one man to the next. I have lost respect for her!

What’s a high class trauma surgeon doing posting on this silly site? I’m not impressed with your self-awareness. We all learn about life through experiences especially those we had when young and “wild”.

Yes, Lance has a reputation of being kind of a man-***** and a jerk for leaving his wife who stuck by him through all the trials and tribulations he faced, only to file for divorce about the same time he started his relationship with Sheryl Crow.
But I have to take issue with VICTORIA @ 05/25/2008 at 5:37 pm who claims he is famous for being famous. This man is a seven time Tour de France champion who overcame testicular cancer and created the Lance Armstrong Foundation. You’re comparing a champion athlete and philanthropist with Paris Hilton? Are you insane?
