Ashley Tisdale’s Memorial Day with Daddy
High School Musical actress Ashley Tisdale works out at her local gym in Universal City, California on Monday.
Tizz, 22, continued her Memorial Day in Toluca Lake by walking her dogs (including Maui) with her dad, Mike. The father-daughter duo got their caffeine fix at their local Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
Ash recently returned from a weekend trip with family to Santa Barbara. She should be heading back to Utah soon to wrap up filming High School Musical 3: Senior Year.

If you were a real fan of ashley, you wouldn’t bash Vanessa.
And You really cannot say those things about vanessa’s parents.
They get angry at the paparazzi, because they want to protect their daughter. That means they care about her. Haven’t you seen how they attack vanessa just for a photo. And just remember, when vanessa’s mom asked them to go away (nicely) and they didn’t listen. What did vanessa do? She let her mother in front of her so her mother would be left alone. That alone already proves how kind of a person vanessa is. And you really need to bring up something other than the scandal thing. You don’t have any other bad thing about her to say that’s the reason why you bring the scandal up. It’s the past. You really need to forget that. As if you all don’t make any mistakes. At least she learned from it.

Seems like Ashley has great family dynamics. At least they don’t yell at the paps like her girlfriend’s parents did. Great to see her alone without hudgens and her sissy boyfriend.
It’s so sad to see how insecure Ashley fans are that they can’t find anything good to say about her except trying to compare her with Vanessa.
Vanessa is in Utah enjoying much needed time with her boyfriend and here are Ashley fans not able to get her out of their minds. Pitiful. At least, on vanessa’s thread, so many of us have plenty to say to each other about vanessa and our love for her that we don’t need to bring in Ashley at all. Maybe you guys should learn from that.
I have nothing against Ashley, I’m just not a fan but I feel sorry for her seeing the kind of fans she has from the comments I read.

This is not an Ashley bash so please don’t take it that way. She has always demonstrated a loyal,kind and mature side as a member of the HSM ensemble.
I just hope that the fact that she has a break from filming means that HSM3 will focus more on the dynamics of the other characters. Sharpay got the lion’s share of film time in HSM2. The scenes of her playing golf and tormenting Mr. Fulton did get a little long… Chad and Taylor had little interaction and neither did Gabriella and Troy, for that matter. I am so glad that “Gabriella” was wearing the “T for Troy” necklace in the interviews - maybe in HSM3 they won’t break up again.

ok i feel the need to comment on some things. First I would like to state that I am 25 and a HUGE ashley fan. However I have to agree that it is not right to bash Vanessa in order to make Ashley look good. I am sure Ashley woudl not like to see her fans bashing her best friend. There are plenty of things you coudl say about Ashley without bring vanessa in to the mix for istance I met Ashley and she is the sweetest girl I have ever met. She talked to me like I was a friend. She was very kind and down to earth. She is also honest as she has demonstrated on numourous occasions and she likes to show her fans that she is just like them which is good. SAhe is a real rolemodel who doesnt drink or snoke or go clubbing or anything of the sort. She cares so much for her fans. I coudl give numourous examples but I wont’ That said I would like a lot of Sharpay in hsm3. I was disapointred in hsm1 b/c she didnt get much screen time and 2was thrilled that they gave her more in number 2. Gabi also had her fair share of time so I dont think that was horrible at all and I woudl love for her to have a lot of time in this movie

Don’t take this the wrong way, because I like Ashley, but there was no comparison in the way the paparazzi were hounding Vanessa compared to Ashley. Since September, Vanessa can’t go anywhere without being hounded. It’s just not like that for Ashley. Sorry, but it’s true. I don’t blame Vanessa’s parents AT ALL for doing what they have to do to protect their daughter. I would bet that Ashley’s parents would do exactly the same if their daughter was being harassed and stalked night and day by paparazzi. And if you were a parent, you’d get that……

Besides the one posted just a couple days ago, no one had seen Ashley for months out and about, unless she was with Vanessa and Zac. To tell the truth, the press couldn’t possibly care LESS about Ashley when she’s alone. Sorry, but it’s true, they don’t follow her around to the same extent as Vanessa.
The truth of the matter is, Ashley does not have it anywhere near as bad as Vanessa does/did. Her and her family can still technically like the paparazzi because they’re a rarity. They don’t seek her out or stalk her, they take pictures of her because she’s there, not because anyone cares.

but there were tons of pics of zac and vanessa in utah, only a handful of ashley. its not that she was unavailable, its that they didnt need her. they only need her now, wen every1 else is busy filming and shes the only person they can follow. i say in the next 2 weeks, shell be all forgotten about and the attention will go bak 2 zac and vanessa. those two actually get stalked in the true definition of stalked, bcuz they hav 2 sneak around in order to NOT get caught.

Just to make my point, I did a little research here on JJ…..
Vanessa has 26 pages of threads. About 138 of those threads are of her alone, and that’s none of the “Zanessa”threads or HSM ones.
Ashley has 16 pages of threads, that INCLUDE the Zanessa threads. About 68 of those threads are about Ashley alone.
Therefore, more threads and pics=more paparazzi. I’m not saying it’s right, but that’s the way it is.
And I agree, charlene. I’m sure they’d BOTH rather not have them. But to say Vanessa’s parents are rude for protecting their daughter is ridiculous. How do we know Ashley’s parents don’t say stuff to the paps??? I’m sure they’d protect her too.

As a matter of fact, I have seen Vanessa with no make-up. In fact, just this month she was in People Magazine, listed as one of their 100 most beautiful people. She was asked to be in the section of women who look beautiful without make-up, and that section made up less than 10% of the 100 people in that magazine.
Ashley wasn’t even IN that issue of People, let alone in the section of women without make-up. And frankly, it doesn’t come as a surprise. With her fake nose, fake extentions and make-up so packed on you could see it from space, she is anything but natural.
I don’t know where you’re getting your facts. Demi Lovato and Emily Osment aren’t followed around at all. The only people who know them watch Disney Channel. Vanessa wouldn’t have gotten a part in a great movie if she wasn’t a good actress. And the press seems to be more interested in her these days than Zac and Ashley combined. I don’t know what world you’re living in, but your welcome to join ours at any time.
