ok i feel the need to comment on some things. First I would like to state that I am 25 and a HUGE ashley fan. However I have to agree that it is not right to bash Vanessa in order to make Ashley look good. I am sure Ashley woudl not like to see her fans bashing her best friend. There are plenty of things you coudl say about Ashley without bring vanessa in to the mix for istance I met Ashley and she is the sweetest girl I have ever met. She talked to me like I was a friend. She was very kind and down to earth. She is also honest as she has demonstrated on numourous occasions and she likes to show her fans that she is just like them which is good. SAhe is a real rolemodel who doesnt drink or snoke or go clubbing or anything of the sort. She cares so much for her fans. I coudl give numourous examples but I wont’ That said I would like a lot of Sharpay in hsm3. I was disapointred in hsm1 b/c she didnt get much screen time and 2was thrilled that they gave her more in number 2. Gabi also had her fair share of time so I dont think that was horrible at all and I woudl love for her to have a lot of time in this movie

#12, it is totally unfair for you to compare parents of Vanessa and Ashley. Don’t take this the wrong way, because I like Ashley, but there was no comparison in the way the paparazzi were hounding Vanessa compared to Ashley. Since September, Vanessa can’t go anywhere without being hounded. It’s just not like that for Ashley. Sorry, but it’s true. I don’t blame Vanessa’s parents AT ALL for doing what they have to do to protect their daughter. I would bet that Ashley’s parents would do exactly the same if their daughter was being harassed and stalked night and day by paparazzi. And if you were a parent, you’d get that……

I agree that any parent in there right mines are going to pretect there child I mean its there job duh!

Besides the one posted just a couple days ago, no one had seen Ashley for months out and about, unless she was with Vanessa and Zac. To tell the truth, the press couldn’t possibly care LESS about Ashley when she’s alone. Sorry, but it’s true, they don’t follow her around to the same extent as Vanessa.

The truth of the matter is, Ashley does not have it anywhere near as bad as Vanessa does/did. Her and her family can still technically like the paparazzi because they’re a rarity. They don’t seek her out or stalk her, they take pictures of her because she’s there, not because anyone cares.

but there were tons of pics of zac and vanessa in utah, only a handful of ashley. its not that she was unavailable, its that they didnt need her. they only need her now, wen every1 else is busy filming and shes the only person they can follow. i say in the next 2 weeks, shell be all forgotten about and the attention will go bak 2 zac and vanessa. those two actually get stalked in the true definition of stalked, bcuz they hav 2 sneak around in order to NOT get caught.

Wonder Maui will grow to the size of Blonde? Or will Maui be smaller or bigger than Blonde?

#56, Kat. I did not say Ashley never gets followed, but back in September and after, I never saw Ashley threads, unless she was going to the gym with Vanessa. I’m SURE if you go back and count the number of threads for each, you’ll find way more on Vanessa. You missed the point I was trying to make about how much more aggressive the paps were with Vanessa.

1) Sorry, but there are plenty of threads and pictures of Vanessa without Zac. She is her own person, and just as much a star as Ashley.
2) Who the heck are demi lovata and emily osment??? Must be real famous…..
3) I have no words about your ‘bull, all that” comments. You’re obviously a hater and all that is your OPINION ONLY.
4) Not to be rude here, cause I like Ashley, but natural? Come on, honey. Ashley has had a rhinoplasty and since you’re young, that means a nose job, and wears extensions and make-up like all young actresses do. I’m not knocking it. It’s the nature of their business; they have to look good. But PUH-LEEZ, she’s no ‘natural’ beauty.
5) What’s wrong with Jared? He’s a complete cutie, and looks like a REALLY sweet guy. When you grow up and you’re not so shallow, you’ll know you can’t pick a guy on his looks alone. She OBVIOUSLY likes him, so let HER decide who’s right for her.

Now, why can’t people just leave Vanessa alone, and talk about Ashley??? This thread is about HER!!!!!

Just to make my point, I did a little research here on JJ…..

Vanessa has 26 pages of threads. About 138 of those threads are of her alone, and that’s none of the “Zanessa”threads or HSM ones.

Ashley has 16 pages of threads, that INCLUDE the Zanessa threads. About 68 of those threads are about Ashley alone.

Therefore, more threads and pics=more paparazzi. I’m not saying it’s right, but that’s the way it is.

And I agree, charlene. I’m sure they’d BOTH rather not have them. But to say Vanessa’s parents are rude for protecting their daughter is ridiculous. How do we know Ashley’s parents don’t say stuff to the paps??? I’m sure they’d protect her too.

Francessca, thanks for the back-up! I like Ashley, but I HATE the way fans of each of these girls go on other threads and trash the other. It’s beyond immature. I come here to be supportive of Ashley and all I see is Vanessa-hate. It’s stupid. Can’t people find enough good stuff to say about Ashley??????? I’m sure you can, people.
