Despite rumors of a break-up, High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale and her backup dancer boyfriend Jared Murillo grab lunch together on Tuesday at Paty’s Diner in Toluca Lake, Calif.
After lunch, Jashley held hands and laughed all the way back to their car.

Ryan Phillipe has nothing to do with anybody. He is not popular. And while I personally love Jennifer Garner, we haven’t seen much of either. And even though Ashley is not an A list celebrity like Jennifer Garner, she is extremely popular like zac and vanessa. So while Ashley may not be at the same I guess you could say “celebrity level” as Ryan, there is no doubt that more people would recognize her name/know who sheis than him.

Okay, I love Ashley and am more of a fan of hers than Ryan Phillipes BUT you cannot say that she is more famous than him. Maybe more teenagers know Ashley than Ryan but generally he is a million times more well known. He’s been in high profile films such as Cruel Intentions and Gosford Park and had a high profile relationship with Reece Witherspoon for a number of years.

Sorry, I don’t see why ashley’s name should be in the top celeb’s box. Jared has his reason for putting some there and not every celeb no matter how popular is there. If we look at the disney set, Miley and the Jonas brothers are more popular than Ashley but their names are not there. I am not a fan but I have not heard their fans screaming that they should be put on there.
The truth is that ashley fans can’t bear that Zac and Vanessa are on there and Ashley is not. She must not be with them everywhere, they are not joined at the hips. Jared wants Zac and V there, not Ashley or Miley or Selena or Hilary or Tom Hanks or Julia Roberts. It’s his choice. Other sites might put Ashley and not Zac and V. We will not go asking for them to be where Ashley is because we don’t want that. They all talented individuals but each one should do their own thing shape their own career and social lives.
I am sick of Ash fans always measuring her against Vanessa . Why the insecurity particularly where Van is concerned. Vanessa is not the only friend she has. Measure her against her other friends or her age mates for that matter and not someone 3 years younger than her.
We’ve seen Van hanging with Aly Michalka and going for the Laker game with Oleysa, yet none of their fans keep comparing them with Van. We just enjoy their friendships. no I dont think Ashley’s name should be in the box just because vanessas is. That has nothing to do with it at all. I think that Ashley is not just known by her tween fans who watch Disney channel and hsm, though that is what she is most popular for. She has filmed a new movie that is set to hit theaters, she was #10, yes #10 on Maxim’s top 100 hottest women, which is DEFINETLY not a little kids magazine, she has a music career and has been in many movies and tv shows as well. The first memory that I have of Ashley, though it might have been a very small role, was when she was in Donnie Darko. All you need to do is just make comments to Ashley. No need to bring Vanessa’s name up, because this thread is all about Ashley and Jared. Vanessa is not the subject to this thread.
Ashley and Vanessa are best friends and like sister to each other. Both Ashley and Vanessa have said many times that they love each other very much in all their interviews with magazines, tv, and radio. Well put. I find it amusing that Ashley fans can call Vanessa a fake when they practically worship a girl who’s whole life seems to be based on fake. She’s a 22 year old who still shops at Victoria Secret (for some reason she can’t seem to let go of her inner teenager), she gets a nose job and then LIES about it, saying its a deviated septum (as if we’re idiots and haven’t heard THAT excuse before) she’s obviously an on and off spray tanner (I’ve seen her pull a Lohan tan at least three times) , those extensions seem to be permanently glued to her head, and she goes off singing songs about how sexy she is, how guys want to do her and, when she steps into clubs, girls are jealous, when it’s so obvious she hasn’t been in a club in a long time, if ever. I don’t exactly like Vanessa Hudgens (understatement) but it’s no toss-up who’s more fake of the two.

Are you f***ing serious? People were furious about Vanessa’s pictures. Just because nobody’s talking about it now (not that they SHOULD, it happened almost a year ago and is OLD NEWS) doesn’t mean people weren’t upset about it and it definitely doesn’t mean that people found it OK.
You shouldn’t even be whining about a few people pointing out the shortness of Ashley’s hideous skirt. That’s nothing compared to the hell Vanessa went through last year. It’s nothing compared to the hell many celebrities out there go through everyday. The fact that you would even compare the hate on the same level is amazing…maybe you should try reading posts other than the ones that are just Ashley’s. Branch out a little.
And just so you know, starring in more movies doesn’t exactly make you popular. If that were the case, there’d be way more famous people. Ashley’s not up there for a good reason.

What Ashleyfan said was way out of line, claiming that Vanessa got nothing for her pictures and then turning around and complaining about a few comments on Ashley’s mini skirt. Not only is that totally incorrect, it’s not something to even whine about. There are far worse things that can be said, and probably will be said, about Ashley. But saying she’s getting more crap than Vanessa did is just plain uninformed, and sounds immature too. I also don’t think people should be telling Jared how to run his site. I take back nothing I said to you. As a matter of fact, I really was going to say more but withdrew it. Frankly, IF you are actually 22 you are even more immature and pathetic to have that “Love to Hate” message going on and pulling in younger “groupies” with that line of garbage. You apparently haven’t learned very much in your very short life yet. I bet your parents are very proud of you dragging down impressionable minds with such sick adolescent talk. I’m sure EVERY adult who ever raised a child who has such a hate-filled attitude and sounds so educated with the kind of language you have used (that said young impressionable minds read) for someone who they have no clue about is just thrilled—NOT.
I still say that you most likely are a little mousy nothing in real life and get very little attention and the only way you feel “powerful” or “in charge” is to come here and say terrible things about this girl so you can sit back and laugh that you were able to manipulate someone—or worse yet—to hurt someone’s feeling. If you have felt overlooked and slighted in your life, I’m sorry, but you are old enough now to take charge of it and change that in a way that will be productive and not destructive.
Also, do you ever watch the news or is that over your head? There have been a lot of reports within the past few months about cyber bullies like yourself. And just because you are in cyberspace does not mean you cannot be tracked down as several of these reports have resulted in these “bullies”—also people who like to spread malicious hate messages—-being prosecuted by the law. In this day and age, you actually need to watch what your say in a hateful way. AND why not in this case, because what you spout off is not always just worded like YOUR opinion but is written as fact which is called LIBEL.

I find it odd that you can specifically say you have “14″ friends. I like to know that it would take me a while to count all my friends and then I’m afraid I would miss some in such a count. I also find it very difficult to buy the fact you own a house of your own if you just now turned 22 a couple months ago. It is very hard for a college graduate who is just starting out to own or even rent a house. I doubt that either is the case with you. Of course, you may be from a rich family which has seen that your needs have always been met…that may explain a lot.
Now, about what I think you are: Why wouldn’t I think you are self-indulgent and bratty? You come on here telling people to shut up and that they can’t win against you or how you hate someone you really don’t have a clue about and how much you like displaying that hateful snotty attitude—and you do it with profanity. What would make me think you are sweet and welcoming in real life and that I couldn’t help but like you with the things you say here? You do not display anything likable about yourself here on this board. It would seem that anyone that is not part of your family or those 14 friends you mentioned is treated with distaste. And why would anyone so “sweet, out going, friendly, and welcoming” being any less than that with people they don’t know on the internet? Do you see any discrepancies there which might lead someone to believe something else?
I am twice your age, work in the medical field and have done a lot when it comes to people with your problem—work with a lot of young people now. So, I do know what I am talking about and see it all the time. Nobody is internally sweet and nice and then shows such hatred and anger toward people they don’t know unless they have a lot of rage inside of them whether it comes from resentment or jealousy or bitterness because someone has something they want or doens’t feel like they other person is worthy to have, etc. Maybe you are just pretending to be nice in real life—-because you are afraid to show your true side with people you will have to face and answer to directly. That’s why you let it out on people you don’t know or will never have to deal with directly or face to face. It’s the cowardly, immature way do deal with things yet it still makes you feel strong and above all those you think you put in their place.
So, have had it, kate. But know that those who are truly older and wiser in their thinking (and I don’t mean you have to be over 30 to be in that catagory) only see you as a selfish little girl that has yet to face life’s toughest tests. At this point some may yell back at you but when they stop and think about it all, they will see you are to be pitied and many already laugh at you for being so full of you know what. So many see right through you. And those who do follow you are either very young girls of 13 or 14 who have no clue—and I wouldn’t be so enraptured with myself to think I was leading those young little things down a negative road if I was you—or they are young people who have even less maturity and can only feel “tough” when spouting off what someone else has said. As I have said earlier, followers always choose to follow people that teach things that will get them into trouble because they mistakenly think their “leader” is not afraid of anything and will be there to back them up if the times get tough.

kate, I think what Karen is saying is that if you truly are a nice person, then you wouldn’t have to come here and be so vicious about Ashley. There is a right way to voice your opinion, and if you do it with RESPECT, no one will get angry with you.
But “threatening” people with words like “I’m gonna win and you know it” are just asking for a fight. And it does show immaturity. I certainly respect what you’ve accomplished in your life so far, but your words speak very loudly about you. It’s bullying and that stuff should not go beyond middle school, if you are a mature 22 yr. old.

Actually, If someone wanted to cause a problem for someone like kate and what she says, they could. It may not always be PROBABLE but it is POSSIBLE. So,before thinking that is is OK to say anything they want about someone because nobody will find out who it is saying it, it would be good to consider that fact. There is a need in this life—and many are not learning about this in this day and age and it is why so many are getting into trouble— is that as you get older you need to understand the meaning of control of your temper and show manners even on the web. Also, if you want to “command” attention and have people take heed of what you are saying—to sway others’ opinions—it is good to learn how to speak so anyone regardless of age or nationality will think you know what you are talking about. Instead of this “did to”, “did not” , “you’re **** wrong and you’re too ****stupid to know it” attitude—which shows how well thought out your opinion is or how good you will be at understand anything the other person is saying—then you should learn how to cite interview quotes that show how and why you find a person less than desirable. Cite facts that are indisputable. Yes, it is OK, if you don’t find someone pretty or talented—that is an opinion. But to make crude remarks about that person and particularly to use profanity to try to bully someone else to shut up when their opinion is different than yours is some entirely different. Your opinion does not seem very reputable in that light. So, please, nicole and kate, you understand. And it doesn’t matter how many friends you have in real life if you still don’t know how to treat people you have never met—just because they disagree with you and because you think you will never have to meet them. Being rude to people in that case is never acceptable and you might as well be that way in real life.

If this is so ridiculous, then why are you here? I know I came here as well as lots of other people to comment on Ashley. Yes, if we were arguing over something Ashley did or what she wore for the past week, then I could see why people might think that this is a bit ridiculous. But its not even about that anymore, which I don’t think that any of you understand, which is the ridiculous part. This is about the fact that your attitude towards this is just so laid back. You don’t care that you hate somebody, whether it be Ashley or any other person, for one of themost absurd reasons that I have ever heard. You just go on and on and just keep saying I hate this and I hate that, using the word very casualy like its not big deal. And I think the worst part is that you are 19, 20, or atleast you at you are and you still dont understand this.
