David was damn near perfect - good-looking, smart, humble, funny, talented, single, a word nerd, almost zen-like. Kimberly Caldwell? Guess that’s a side of him of which the public wasn’t aware! I’ll bet his mother’s stomach is doing flip-flops at the thought of Kim as a daughter-in-law!

David needs to keep speaking well of Kim while maintaining his “I do things my way” attitude, and then let the relationship quietly fade away. Good luck, David. We all hoped that you were destined for superstardom.

Kimberly Caldwell IS a horrible singer, a stupid, fake, blonde who doesn’t deserve to date someone as great as David Cook. I mean if he really likes her (uh bad choice) but i’m just glad if he’s happy. but she’s still extremely annoying and dumb.

I wanted to add i will always support David Cook but something about Kim makes my stomach knot. I know she’s gonna hurt him or his carrer, and who are we to meddle into his love life, but i just have a weird feeling about her, and no doubt he can do better, but i have a feeling she’s gonna squeeze all the fame out of him and then move on to next years american idol “hottie” while david is in awe and in shock that kim would do that to him. i know it won’t last or become serious, but kim is making it seem so by hanging with his family at concerts and stuff. but after kim blows over all of the cook fans will hate the next girl he sucks face with and it will never end. in case you didn’t know, there is really NO CHANCE that you will ever date david cook, and even if you did, then everyone would hate you, its his choice in who he was to date, we have no say in it and the more we badmouth kim, the more publicity whoreish she’ll be and well just hate her more so back off and let whats supposted to happen, happen (and this is not saying i like kim, i loathe her self centered ness and her publicity whoreness and how shes gonna hurt him)
